Absolutely horrible staff. Returned an item with the receipt for store credit, because I planned on picking other merchandise out. After confirming my email 3 times, the associate continued to enter it wrong and over a month later I still don’t have my gift card. I’ve made numerous phone calls to their customer service, each call lasting well over 30 minutes. They keep entering my email and address wrong. The gift card is over $450 and all they can tell me is that it’s in the mail, but have no tracking number for it. My last call I was promised a date I should finally receive it. I’ll give it until then, otherwise the next step is a complaint with the BBB.

I went in today to get water filters for my breville espresso machine. When I come in an associate said hi to me and I asked her for help, right away and told her what I wanted she said they don’t sell them here so I went online and found them and told her that it says I can pick them up in store and she was rude and had a lot of attitude and told me she has a customer and walked away. So I stared to look for them myself. then she come back after a little bit and found them for me while she still having her nasty attitude, we went to register and I paid for my two filters and said to her after it I hope your not this rude to other customers and she stared to talk back to me telling me that she is nice she’s not rude and I told her no your not and she yelled something back I just walked away from her. What was supposed to be a quick easy purchase I just wanted to get in and get out turn into an ugly experience. I’m not sure why she was so rude to me I think it’s was because I have an accent and Im foreign. I tried to let it go but she got to me just because I’m not American doesn’t mean I should be treated this way. When I purchased my breville machine there I had really good experience that lady that help me was nice and quick but this one was awful. I’ll be calling HR and complain because this was unacceptable.

bad experience all around - staff is of little help, shipping delays, lots of runaround. you'd expect better for a relatively large (6K) order. would never shop here again.

The staff here was amazing! They were able to thoroughly answer any questions we had relating to the espresso machines. The selection of products in this store was just mind blowing.

I found everything I needed and then some! The staff was really nice and accommodating. I didn’t feel rushed and they suggested a steak seasoning that was really good! I gotta come back and hit up their Mickey selection ?

Over-priced kitchen utensils that break...manager only offers a "30-day" return policy. For a utensil that cost $45...really?Website isn't any better. Processed an order at Christmas with a $9 shipping fee. Outrageous shipping fee that I justified by splitting it between two items. After placing the order, I received only one item. Later I was notified that the other item wasn't in stock and wouldn't be available. So the outrageous shipping fee was applied to the one item! A spatula ended up costing more than $25. Ridiculous...will never shop here again.

At first I would have said the experience was 7 out of 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and the buy online pickup in store process was super easy. I purchased a new espresso machine on Friday of last week, spent a few hours setting it up and calibrating it once I got it home, I have been in love since! I hopped on the website Monday morning to show a coworker what I had purchased only to find out the machine was now on sale $170 less than it was just 48hrs prior. If it was a few bucks, I wouldn't care much, but almost $200 is a decent chunk of money. I decided it would definitely be worth the effort of another quick trip. To my surprise, William Sonoma does NOT do price adjustments... Their only solution was to come home, pack up the machine, bring it into the store, return it, then re-purchase a different machine. Meaning I would need to come home and spend another 2hrs calibrating it. I decided to call customer service because I have never in my life heard of a retail store that didn't honor their own sale price not even 2 days after a purchase. Customer service confirmed they do not issue adjustments and gave me the same advice, pack it up, return it, and repurchase (no I cannot just rebuy the one I bring back). Annoyed is an understatement, I will definitely never set foot in another William Sonoma store again. Worst customer service experience ever.

Ordered on line , picked up order behind the store at the curb side pickup . The whole ordeal was painless . I ordered a service for 8 and the clerk boxed them separately in boxes that fit the size plates and bowls . Excellent!

The staff here are the worst, witnessed them openly mocking customers while they walk out. I know its hard to find people to work now but come on Williams-Sonoma, you can do a lot better than this.

Went into the location and couldn't get any help. Tried to browse around waiting for a good chance to ask an associate for help and then realized they were offering help to older clientele. It's important to greet or at least acknowledge everyone. It was discouraging as they think only a certain age group will bring in money.
