Customer service sucks. I’d fire the gentlemen who talks like a cigarette. Spent 30+ mins with a couple making them 10 cups of coffee for them to not even buy. I asked where something was and he just said he was busy. Hope this location shuts down

I went to the Pinecrest location to purchase a wedding gift from a friend’s registry. Debbie and the entire team were so incredibly helpful and kind. They were able to speak to the differences between similar products, and recommend the gift that would give me the most “bang for my buck.” They also did a wonderful job with the gift wrapping. Overall a beautiful store with friendly staff, I will be returning!

Take your money elsewhere!! They pick and chose who they want to greet and help. This is the second time in the past 2 weeks I’ve came trying to buy a 2,000$ coffee maker but the workers are so rude and do not want to help or greet. Went in this afternoon and there was 2 or 3 older women working ALL of them were helping the SAME one lady. This happened when I came 2 weeks ago too. So if you’re not an older white women they won’t help you or bat an eye. Terrible customer service these women should be fired. Unfortunately took my
Money elsewhere.

Went there few times I was not pleased of how staff treated me with disrespect and rude and somewhat decondenscing not willing to ask me if I need any assistance when I was inside of store. Layout of store is ok but very overpriced pretty much all of the items including utensils and kitchen stuff at Williams- Sonoma , you can buy at much affordable prices at elsewhere at TJMaxx or Sierra store or Gabe’s.
Will never step my foot in here again and never consider buying anything from this store. Can’t afford to buy anything inside or online Williams-Sonoma store.

Ordered these 2 oval bakers for gifts and had them shipped to store. Shipping time was good but was handed them in a cardboard box and the boxes inside have stickers and tape all over them with an address of an outlet center in Mississippi? Not the best presentation for a gift. It’s disappointing and not what I would expect from Williams Sonoma.

We had a great experience shopping at the Beachwood location. Frannie was so friendly and extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the products and went out of her way to show us things to consider. We made several purchases and look forward to returning.

Completely disgusted with my experience and now I am paying for it. Went to this location to grab a couple items only to find out they did not have any of the items available in store. Went to the cashier to see if I can order the items and was told to go online and order myself. So I went home and did that, only to be charged a $24 shipping and handling fee ??? $24 for a couple spatulas, a whisk and some mugs??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Worst customer service experience and will never spend a dime of my money with this brand or partner brands for that matter.

I needed an apron before my first day of work. I was in a rush, someone saw me, asked what I needed and helped me find it quickly. Everyone was very friendly also. I will be back!

Extremely poor customer service experience. The staff could not be bothered to assist us, despite having items on hold for purchase. Then, our hold items were incorrect. We were given tons of sass and disregard when inquiring about knife sharpening services. Enough said, I will be taking my business down the street.

Horrible customer service! I came to return a defective coffee machine which was purchased less than 30 days ago. I just wanted to get my money back. I was told that they cannot take the machine back for a refund! Then I called Williams Sonoma customer service line. They confirmed that the store should have taken it back. I went back to the store. Once I told them what customer service rep said, they took the item back. I asked them why they had refused to take it back from the beginning. Their answer was "we do not like to take items back for a refund". It is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
