I lived at Ashton Brooke for 3 years. I loved it. The management team are awesome, especially Nicole. They are always smiling, and very pleasant. The maintenance team are fantastic, always prompt. I will truly miss it here. I will always recommend Ashton Brooke to anyone in the Dayton area.

I lived here for 2 years. Every maintenance request I had whether big or small was fixed very quickly. Very good staff. I moved out 3 months early and they found someone to replace me almost immediately which saved me lots of money. Thank you for the great service!
