“Lived here for a year before finding a house and it was a quiet and nice place to live. Rarely heard anyone around and I was in the 1st floor. It was a great place to have a dog. The pool and amenities are super nice. Super close to the Greene too. I recommend it.”

“The Village at Stone Falls is a lovely community. Even in the dead of winter the landscaping was still nicely done. The only qualms we had with the apartments were the size of the living rooms & location. Our MIL isn’t too fond of the idea of being so close to N Fairfield Road with its traffic. We will be keeping the complex in mind as we narrow down on our decision.”

The location is very convenient, with shopping, restaurants, and everything you need just a short drive away. “My husband and I toured this property with our son when he was looking for an apartment to relocate to the Beavercreek/Fairborn area.
It is a beautiful property, especially the apartment that we viewed. It was located at the back of the property, overlooking a woods. A little piece of natural calm for the end of a workday.
The hardwood floors are a plus as well as the rounded door frame. Another plus was the NON-sliding door to the balcony/patio. It's a charming apartment complex.
One of my favorite spots was the mini theater located in the leasing office area.
Lack of a garage was the main reason my son did not relocate here. But the complex does have a lot to offer.”
