“This 5-Star Review is for Jonathan at the Wright-Patt Credit Union Help Center.
On 5/21/2025, I was the victim of a scam. The amount taken was more than my pension check--devastating and truly frightening. In response, I shredded my Wright-Patt debit card, credit card, and checks for safety.
A few days after I received a new debit card, I received a second debit card with a new number and called the Help Center to make sense of it all. That's when Jonathan answered. He was calm, knowledgeable, and exactly the person I needed.
Jonathan explained that my refunded money had been sent to the now-closed, compromised account--but he immediately transferred the funds into my new account. He also confirmed that the second debit card should be shredded and went ahead and ordered me a new credit card.
Jonathan even suggested I buy an RFID wallet or sleeves for extra protection. I ordered them from Amazon and had them the next day.
Jonathan is THE BEST!
He's polite, professional, and still down-to-earth--exactly who you want on the line when things go wrong. He made me feel like everything is going to be OK. Thanks again Jonathan - you made a real difference during a tough moment.”

“This is my "go to" store for specific items and the prices are great. I buy their olive oil, nuts, cheeses, and frozen fish. The store is clean and organized. I also always fill up the tank with gas as the price is usually good. They have a very liberal return policy. The prices for prescription drugs are great too. The pharmacist is always willing to check to insure I am getting the best price. I often pick up a cooked chicken as well because there is so much you can do with it at home.”

My husband and I needed help with a mortgage issue, went in and explained it to her once (it was quite complicated so I was expecting to have to explain multiple times to multiple people) and she understood everything right away. She made a phone call on our behalf and sorted out every single concern we had. She didn’t give up until our issue was resolved and even followed up with us to make sure we saw that it had all been taken care of. “I come here frequently to either use the drive through ATM or get cash from a teller, and never had a bad experience. The tellers have been courteous, professional, and helpful. It's not exactly in a convenient location, not really near anything else, so it always requires a bit of a special trip a little out of the way; but it's easy to get to so that's not bad.”

“I had to stop by the branch because I had a few things that need to be done, depositing a check to my escrow company, submitting a business form, and get some documents notarized for me and my tenant. The first two tasks were done quickly and smoothly. However, I noticed that I forgot to print out a couple documents for the notary, associate Courtney Tackett was kind enough to print out those forms for me and notarized them. She was patient, funny and knowledgeable. She made the whole transaction so pleasant. She saved me so much time and hassle having to drive to many different places and making many phone calls to get things done. Cannot say good enough things about her.”
