“There was some initial confusion on the time it takes to go thru a large book collection but the manager was very kind and got thru them quickly! It’s really sad what old books are worth…unless you own the only copy on the planet and it’s autographed by Elvis and Jimi Hendrix while playing a gig on Mars, it’s more valuable as kindling for the camp fire! 🤷”

We probably spent two hours checking the place out (and probably covered just over half of the store-as we had no need to visit the children's areas). The staff were so friendly and helpful, too. “I had forgotten how much I loved a bookstore. I live in Springfield and we don't have any bookstores anymore. We spent 2 hours browsing, sitting, having coffee and just enjoyed some down time. I had my 2 teenage kids with me and they never once looked at their phone.”
