If I could give NO stars I would. Charged me for the time technician sat in my parking lot vs time spent doing the repair. Scam artist chatted with my cashier, I fed him lunch... for FREE... charged me for specific cable length and took the old and left-over new cable with him. Played around with my doors for over an hour, claiming to be "the door whisperer". It literally took him 20 mins to fix the issue hired to repair and charged me for 2 hours of "emergency labor" during normal business hours. I am a business owner and I would NEVER abuse or take advantage of my costumers. I was totally taken back when I brought this over-billing issue to MES and they lacked the decency and the trust to do honest business and correct the issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MODERN ENTRANCE SYSTEMS.

First service person sent out did not repair door to proper working order so I had to call them and send out a second service person who replaced stripped out parts that the first person did not replace to get the door to work properly. Tried several times to call the first service person to get a follow up after he left and he would not answer his phone. Ended up being billed twice for the labor. Once for the first time it wasn't fixed properly and again for the return visit. Unlikely to do business with them again.
