“I got to the Michaels store last night about two minutes before they closed because I had forgotten I had Amazon returns that had to be sent that day. I was expecting a bad attitude because I it was so close to closing time They were all so nice!!! They were very understanding. They even helped me get the packages ready to send. There were three people at the register helping me, plus the lovely woman who waited at the door let me out after the store had closed. Sadly, I did not get all of their names, but I did see the name tags for Grey and Kathryn. These are employees to be proud of. Great service, all four of you ladies!!! Thank you!!”
