“They are the best employees - so helpful, pleasant knowledgeable, and professional and very nice. I have been going there for nearly 7 years. They are long term employees so I hope they are being taken care of in terms of their salaries. They deserve it.”

“Crown is a great place to work. I have been working here for over 7 years and upper management cares about their employees and tries to take care of them. They offer medical, dental, vision, short-term, long-term disability, profit-sharing (after 1 year), 401 K (after 1 year), holiday pay and PTO. Crown tends to promote from within. So as long as you have a good work ethic and great attendance you can move your way up the organization. One of the best perks Crown offers is that everyone gets 30 minute paid lunch and get one 10 minute break in an 8-hour shift.”

“Head directly to the photo counter to drop off for FedEx. Nobody was there so I pressed their help button and the audio message “customer assistance needed at the photo counter” was announced 4 times before a staff member arrived to help me. I admit that the store was very busy with customers so it probably couldn’t have been any faster. But the label printed fine after he scanned my QR code on my phone and they took possession of my parcel. The FedEx driver stops by once a day in the morning. I arrived here at 11 and was told the daily pickup had already occurred, so come here early if you need same-day shipping of your item.”

“I've used the services of this UPS store many times and have enjoyed a consistently outstanding experience. The store offers many services, seems very efficient, and the employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Recently, I needed to have documents notarized due to the passing of my Mother. Kaleigh went beyond doing an excellent job with the documents. She took the time to offer kind and thoughtful words to me that really lifted my spirits, and I will always be grateful for her empathy and compassion.”

“On 3/11/23 I arrived 5 minutes before closing. The only employee in the stoor still helped me with shipping my package and printing my label from a return email I was having issues with. He was professional and kind to my and my two year old daughter, even after he had to stay late to help us. Our experience was great and he really made our life a whole lot easier.”

“I won't discount the negative experiences that others have had with this delivery service. But fortunately for me, my package just arrived in great condition in my area of Ohio. They delivered my package without incident. It was placed on my front porch and was immediately updated as delivered, which is how I knew it was there. Every update was accurate and it even came a little earlier.I feel so bad for everyone that has had to take a loss for the either the negligent, or out right disrespectful and unprofessional handling of their property. Yeah, it's their property, they paid for it. And some of compensation should afforded to them.”
