“I won't discount the negative experiences that others have had with this delivery service. But fortunately for me, my package just arrived in great condition in my area of Ohio. They delivered my package without incident. It was placed on my front porch and was immediately updated as delivered, which is how I knew it was there. Every update was accurate and it even came a little earlier.I feel so bad for everyone that has had to take a loss for the either the negligent, or out right disrespectful and unprofessional handling of their property. Yeah, it's their property, they paid for it. And some of compensation should afforded to them.”

“Aaron Gibson is a phenomenal assistant manager. Above and beyond is a under statement with him. This is the best Assistant Manager I ever encountered with UPS. He is the reason I keep coming back to this location. The guy is awesome. He deserves a raise, better yet his own store.
