“Absolutely amazing customer service and selection of aircraft. Special thanks to Dan and Trent for going above and beyond with their help and service. Would give this place 6 stars if I could.”

“Donna, the manager of this store, is absolutely amazing! It was my mom's first time in and she wanted to build a bear with me for her birthday. Donna was extremely helpful and walked her through the process and answered all of her questions. We made small talk with her and she was so sweet! She made our experience better than we could have imagined.”

“Went to visit this establishment while on my visit to Cincinnati for the horrorhound convention, They carry a fair amount collectibles, anime statues, and have a wonder music and video sections. and I have to say that the employees at this location were very kind and helpful to me and my family during this visit! The two older Gentlemen and Younger one were all so kind! A very welcoming environment. The workers were very polite and knowledgeable. My wife signed up for their subscription program which we tend to use since we go to the movie theaters quite a bit now. Week trial but it seemed pretty easy to cancel so we came back and signed up again. All around a wonderful store and staff.”

“Great store with a wide variety of toys for kids. We checked two other stores before coming here, and finally my son found his favorite toy. The cashier, Lekhna, was very respectful and provided excellent service. We had a really nice experience shopping here”
