Went to build a bear on my due date for my angel baby and was having a tough time. The staff was calming and very supportive. I appreciate them so much for being there for me ( a stranger) on literally the worst day of my life.

Donna at the Beaver Creek store went above and beyond to help me find a discontinued bear in the back to replace one that was tragically lost by a two year old. I'm not sure who will be happier mom or the kid.
Thank you!

Giving a 5 star ONLY based on today’s worker, Molly! She was amazing, friendly and helpful made the experience perfect, last month I went in and two workers were not so great, one snapped at me to stand on the paw print and just seemed annoyed with her job
