“I stopped inside one evening to check prices & see different size units. The employees at the desk were very welcoming & kind. Answered all my questions & showed me the facility & explained the different size units as well as explained how I could reserve a unit any time online. After pricing some other places I did decide to rent a unit from this U-Haul. Reserving online was simple & move in was a breeze. The building is very nice & especially clean! The units are inside the building (u can drive inside) & climate controlled. The only down side is if you aren’t lucky enough to get a unit next to the driveway then U may have to walk a distance to your unit! They do have carts u can borrow to haul your items. Overall the place seems safe & secure & priced a little less than the competitors! So far I’m happy with my decision to store my items here for the brief time that I need it!”
“I have had no less than 5 hitches done by U-haul and countless rentals. Today My appointment was for a drop off and with only 1-day advance request. But when I arrived they said they could do it while I waited, which was excellent. I worked in the waiting area and the technician kept me up to date on progress. Including wiring and everything all done in 90 mins. Plus they kept their price as quoted and explained the hitch and wiring warranties. Highly recommend U-Haul, but this location was especially thorough.”

“Five stars to the physical building at Clyo Rd and five stars to the people who work there.
The online check-in and check-out experience is awful. Two words: Aw Ful. I reserved a van from home on my computer, and when I got to the site and logged in through my phone's browser, had to enter in the exact same information as I did from home. There must be rules to follow because the human beings on staff at the Clyo Road location although nice were unwilling to help with the terrible, slow, confusing, frustrating mobile experience.
If anything, the U-Haul mobile experience for check-in and check-out convinces me to try another brand before using U-Haul again, when I want to rent a truck or van.”

“Quirks with the brakes should be explained. When empty,it stops normal.With a full load, it makes a loud banging sound on pavement and on gravel/loose ground,the trailer squirms around with anything more than light braking .”

“The manager, AJ, is professional and very kind. When my friend was hospitalized and couldn't manage to pay her rent to the storage facility, and couldn't make it on time to retrieve her belongings because she had car troubles, they were still willing to let us come in and retrieve what we could, even though it was a few days late. They really did us a favor when we were in a tough spot, and if I ever need storage services myself, I know I'll definitely be coming here.
Thanks to their understanding, we were able to get the things she and her kids needed. They didn't have to do that for us, and it was really kind of them that they did.

“My car broke down and I was in Dayton. Had the car towed to the dealership, and asked about a rental. They sent me down the street to Enterprise, which "though" they might be able to get me a pick up truck. Nope.Called my son and he said he had just the solution...and brought me here to his go to spot. At first they said I needed to book in advance, but when I explained my situation they quickly found me a car. It was a Hyundai Electra, and I gotta say, I loved it. So much I'm buying one. I always used to drive Hyundai's but for many reasons I decided to keep my husband's jeep after he passed.They were busy when I returned, and said I was a gallon low (even though I just filled up!) and charged me a $15 fee for that. Oh well, I had a car for more than a week and that was what I needed. And I like supporting local businesses.”
