“Five stars to the physical building at Clyo Rd and five stars to the people who work there.
The online check-in and check-out experience is awful. Two words: Aw Ful. I reserved a van from home on my computer, and when I got to the site and logged in through my phone's browser, had to enter in the exact same information as I did from home. There must be rules to follow because the human beings on staff at the Clyo Road location although nice were unwilling to help with the terrible, slow, confusing, frustrating mobile experience.
If anything, the U-Haul mobile experience for check-in and check-out convinces me to try another brand before using U-Haul again, when I want to rent a truck or van.”

“The facility is super clean and temp controlled. The front staff is helpful - well some are. The one guy was going to help me with a large chest and the other one stopped him. So I struggled a lot to get it in my unit. But I finally did it. Anyways, the same guy then accused me of stealing the furniture dolly I borrowed to get that large chest in my unit. As if! So all is well but that guy.”

“My car broke down and I was in Dayton. Had the car towed to the dealership, and asked about a rental. They sent me down the street to Enterprise, which "though" they might be able to get me a pick up truck. Nope.Called my son and he said he had just the solution...and brought me here to his go to spot. At first they said I needed to book in advance, but when I explained my situation they quickly found me a car. It was a Hyundai Electra, and I gotta say, I loved it. So much I'm buying one. I always used to drive Hyundai's but for many reasons I decided to keep my husband's jeep after he passed.They were busy when I returned, and said I was a gallon low (even though I just filled up!) and charged me a $15 fee for that. Oh well, I had a car for more than a week and that was what I needed. And I like supporting local businesses.”

“Quick and easy reservation booking, courteous staff which quickly made the equipment available, easy to understand check-out directions using phone app, quick check-in and return process so that the move of equipment only took three-and-a half hours total with two of those hours in transit and forty-five minutes loading and unloading equipment leaving less than forty-five minutes to inquire, reserve, check-out, check-in, and visit two U Haul centers for the right equipment. All-in-all a pleasant and efficient experience!”
