Everyone was very helpful with me, not knowing I needed a couple extra stuff.It was 7 miles farther away than my normal location. “Super clean and a comfy temperature.. in a part of town that really needs it... secure and I don't have worries about my stuff being there for an extended time... free and easy access to moving carts to move more efficiently around the building with more stuff than your 2 arms can carry by themselves... if your car breaks down there's a cruddy mechanic next door who uses the front uhaul lot as if it were his own lot... right on Salem ave can't miss the place..”

“I have rented vans from them many times! They are fantastic and for those who need vans that are made for the disabled they go above and beyond the call of duty!! My sister and I are thinking of buying a van that is accessible and this place is the place to go for that too. “AJ and his staff were very easy to work with. As I needed a longer hitch and new ball, AJ went inside and brought the correct sized hitch and new ball and got it working perfectly. This location had installed the entire mount a few years ago, so everything went together easily. Very professional, and this location had dozens of trailers and trucks. Great place to do business.”

“My car broke down and I was in Dayton. Had the car towed to the dealership, and asked about a rental. They sent me down the street to Enterprise, which "though" they might be able to get me a pick up truck. Nope.Called my son and he said he had just the solution...and brought me here to his go to spot. At first they said I needed to book in advance, but when I explained my situation they quickly found me a car. It was a Hyundai Electra, and I gotta say, I loved it. So much I'm buying one. I always used to drive Hyundai's but for many reasons I decided to keep my husband's jeep after he passed.They were busy when I returned, and said I was a gallon low (even though I just filled up!) and charged me a $15 fee for that. Oh well, I had a car for more than a week and that was what I needed. And I like supporting local businesses.”

“z and his team went above and beyond to help us! We were given the wrong trailer at pick up and had talked to 5 other people one who promised to call us back and never did. Finally got in contact with Z who helped us and got us what we needed and got the trailer hooked up for us and extended our rental to accommodate all the mishaps. He also was able to confirm everything when we called after trying to drop off the truck and the return place was trying to charger us an extra $400. We really appreciate all he did for us and definitely deserves all the praise.”
