UPDATE: So it appears that the business review watcher "BOT" sent out the same message that they send to all the problem related reviews word for word .... The funny thing is that I had already sent an email to them about this issue and they didn't respond

Friendly and helpful staff. During my wait to transfer my data to my phone they made me feel welcome almost like I worked there with them.

Horrible experience trying to upgrade phones. I was told something by one employee, and then another employee said the first employee did not read all the fine print. This turned into an all day event and resulted in us switching to a new service provider. And even then— Verizon would not let two of our five numbers transfer over without two phone calls and a visit back to the store.

We had a wonderful experience with Devin at the Victra Verizon store in Beavercreek! My husband and I moved to our own family plan and also wanted the promo deals. There were some hiccups that came with merging from a different wireless provider and also the process of leaving our parents’ wireless provider plans. Devin was super patient and made sure he covered all the details. He spoke with customer service for us and even stayed past their store’s closing hours to make sure the process was complete and to be there for any of our questions. He is absolutely great to work with!

Cameron is an amazing employee. I had tech issues where phone was broken. Was ready to buy new phone Saturday. Even went to Apple today to see if they could fix it. My account was frozen because Saturday cancellation of buying from Verizon messed up eligibility to buy new from Apple.Went to Verizon in Kettering to try to release the lock thinking I got a new phone.Cameron at the retail store fixed it.Amazing employee.Am still trying to remove charge from account Saturday. Over forty minutes on your accounting tech service to remove the costs I did not pick up or want

Scott, the manager is amazing. If you want something done go to this location. I had a lot of issues with my phone and accounts. He fixed everything and was very pleasant.

Amazing store.This the best store I ever done business with it.The customer service is impressive.They are knowledgeable and friendly.That is my go to Verizon store.....would not go anywhere else.

We had Cameron, he was FANTASTIC! He made the whole process so easy and he was so funny and easy to talk to. He helped us figure out everything that was right for us and we are so excited. We were in and out of there in an hour and a half even though it was his day off! Thank you Cameron!

Came in to upgrade some phones, switch some around, and deal with a long standing issue on my account. JT Roll was awesome and worked through all our concerns and made sure we left satisfied with all results. Recommend this location and JT for all your Verizon needs. You won’t be disappointed.

I bought a new phone online so I went to this particular Verizon store and the guy inside the store change all my phone numbers and pictures to the new phone but when it comes to activate my phone he told me they was not allowed to do that anymore. I took it to another Verizon store the next morning and come to find out the phones is not compatible and the person helping me at this Verizon store said the one that I went to First had to know it wasn't compatible because it said so right on the front of the phone when the phone was trying to be transferred. And on top of that he charged me $20. So don't go to the Verizon in Kettering because he done me very wrong

I arrived at the Verizon store at the Greene at 10am. This is the posted opening time on both the website and the sign on the door. The door was locked but lights were on. I stood outside until 10:30 but no one showed. I, therefore, went to a real Verizon store (not third party) where I was immediately helped. Very unprofessional on the part of the third party store. I will not return.

Verizon Reps here do not talk to you in a professional manner. Talking over customer and speaking a derogatory tone. Very odd since there are several 5 star ratings giving them great customer praise. Makes me feel as if it was a situation is because of my demographics. Talked to the supervisor about total lack of customer interaction/communication, and he didn't really care. Sad experience
