“I sent an email to the managers I found online, but my email was returned. Then it dawned on me that I could leave a review on The Google. Below is what I sent in email: Dear Ms. Jones and Mr. Weiffenbach, I live north of Springfield and visit the Fresh Thyme in Beavercreek fairly regularly. I enjoy the store and am a big fan of the Tomatoes Diabolique and quality of avacados and poblanos. Things are always in stock and of such good quality. The employees at the self-checkout are so cheerful and helpful. I always look forward to my visits. I don't usually contact store managers (lol), but I just had a particularly nice visit this weekend, specifically related to the new (maybe just to me?) employee fixing the sushi. I was there at 10am and was looking at what was in the case, when we spoke and she offered to fix whatever I might want that wasn't in the case. The man who is usually there has always been polite, but this was above and beyond. And when I got home and had the sushi I bought (already in the case), it was the best I'd ever purchased at this location. I don't know why, exactly. More sauces, more veggies, time of day, maybe all? So I just wanted to express my gratitude for a lovely experience as always, but especially about this employee fixing our sushi! Her stellar customer service and kind and enthusiastic attitude were very appreciated. Thank you!”
