“Walked in with my own plans of what I thought I needed and Gabe blew that to smithereens (in the best way). He was extremely informative and friendly. Explained the benefits and what he would pair together for what I needed. He gave me a sample of the topical lotion and it worked better than any THC lotion I’ve tried and that’s a lot. Will definitely need to come back and purchase it. Happy that I decided to come here!”

“I came to this store in search of supplements regarding weight lifting. I met two gentlemen that were HIGHLY educated on everything in the store. I was given an exact breakdown of the applicability of each ingredient, consumption timing, and alternatives. Super satisfied with the workers and products I have purchased. They both enthusiastically helped me through my shopping experience and stayed 30 minutes past closing time in order to give me the best experience. I completely understand why this is a five star rating. I recommend to anyone in the area!”

“I sent an email to the managers I found online, but my email was returned. Then it dawned on me that I could leave a review on The Google. Below is what I sent in email: Dear Ms. Jones and Mr. Weiffenbach, I live north of Springfield and visit the Fresh Thyme in Beavercreek fairly regularly. I enjoy the store and am a big fan of the Tomatoes Diabolique and quality of avacados and poblanos. Things are always in stock and of such good quality. The employees at the self-checkout are so cheerful and helpful. I always look forward to my visits. I don't usually contact store managers (lol), but I just had a particularly nice visit this weekend, specifically related to the new (maybe just to me?) employee fixing the sushi. I was there at 10am and was looking at what was in the case, when we spoke and she offered to fix whatever I might want that wasn't in the case. The man who is usually there has always been polite, but this was above and beyond. And when I got home and had the sushi I bought (already in the case), it was the best I'd ever purchased at this location. I don't know why, exactly. More sauces, more veggies, time of day, maybe all? So I just wanted to express my gratitude for a lovely experience as always, but especially about this employee fixing our sushi! Her stellar customer service and kind and enthusiastic attitude were very appreciated. Thank you!”

Excellent gluten-free options, wide variety of bulk teas and spices, household goods and food! Anything you would need or want food and basic household supplies, including pet food.”

“I called and the owner gave me exact directions & answered all my questions about tge products I waa looking for. Once I arrived, I told her my name and she already had my items put to the side. Very knowledgeable and gave suggestions on how to use what I purchased. I am on a better health journey so I purchased a pain rub, soursop liquid and seamoss. We then began to talk about music, Prince & Janet Jackson bcuz I had on my Janet tshirt. I enjoyed my 1st visit and luvd her openness. “I wish I would've gotten their names, but I was at this store yesterday 12/20/2025, and the 2 young men who were working were amazing. At least one of them was knowledgeable about the product I was there to buy, and they were both helpful and friendly. This was the first time I've ever been to The Vitamin Shop. Great experience. Well done!”

“Both of the times I stopped in at this location. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jordan. He’s not only knowledgable of the products they sell. But also very welcoming. I don’t know what this gentleman makes but surely he could use a pay bump.”
