“Do not shop at the Greene at Buckle go to the Fairfield Commons Mall the green is so horrible with their customer service girls in there with flat out lied to you say things can't be done but the one at the Fairfield Commons Mall fix my problem and I said it was no issues at all that's what they was there for stay away from the green”

Her boutique has a great variety of styles and textures, and Barbie herself was so helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect outfit. She isn't pushy to sell anything; she just genuinely cares about fashion and community. Very refreshing! Her shop is clean, easy to navigate, and affordable!

I was in last week. Rachel in Misses/Contemporary assisted me. She put forth extra effort to help me find what I was looking for(an item that I believed was no longer available). She not only found it but also took the time to find my size in another location and ordered it! She is a very nice young lady with exceptional customer service skills!”
“Listennn… I just had an exchange with Paul @ Journeys in The Greene that truly tested my gangster. Paul answered my call in which I was in search of a certain product. He was sooo nice on the phone & excited that he found the product for me, almost more than me! I decided to give him a coupon for a free car wash to Flying Ace. When I got to the store to pick up the product, I gave him said coupon & he was so grateful, you would’ve thought I gave him a million bucks. He came from behind the counter & hugged me so tight! He was so sweet! Some would think it was weird, but it surprised me so much after the loss of a few loved ones this week & so much sadness & evil in this season & this world, that hug was what I needed but didn’t know I needed. It brought me to tears. When I started to well up, Paul came from behind the counter AGAIN & hugged me AGAIN. This time my gangster had completely left the building! I cried all the way back to my car & while telling my daughter about it & am tearing up now leaving this review. Paul is an EXCELLENT employee! And you could just tell he’s a genuinely good person. It might sound corny but
I felt like he cared about me even though all he really knew about me was that I wore a size 9 shoe. It’s just not something you see or experience everyday, especially in face-to-face customer service. Such a great way to end the year! Thank you, Paul. I will forever remember this experience.”

The young lady Julia stopped her and started playing while we hurried to get to her side. I truly appreciate the fact that she put the safety of my daughter first. “The sizes hear run small. I know that is a brand for teens but some things are true to size while others are not. I have found the jeans and shorts to be smaller, along with the dresses. I'm usually an xs but at Hollister I'm a small and sometimes a medium in certain things”

In my current position, I'm expected to wear professional business attire, let's face it, most business attire is boring and ugly, so I shop here to spruce things up a bit in the office, I'm a goth girl at heart so shopping here let's me still be me and present a professional appearance! “I did same day delivery right and I payed an extra $26 for it and my order didn't come in the same day.They had like idk im bad at math but I ordered it on April 5 at 11:59 and it didn't come until April 6 at 12:03 and I live in India. I was so mad it didn't come in the same day and I expect a refund on my entire package including shipping, the same day delivery, the price of my order and 3 free shirts size small please.”

“I have come here for my eyebrows since the 90s. The same lady! She is the best in the city. I have tried others because sometimes she isn't available or I can't make it to Beavercreek and I always regret it. This is the place to get your eyebrows threaded. Bar none!”

Also, when I was done trying on clothes, I went to put them back but she came over to me to ask how everything worked out and took the pile from me. I thought that was quality service. I wish I would have gotten her name now but she was the best! Great experience for not finding anything this time.”
