Not impressed with this credit union at all! What happened to walking into your bank or credit union to apply for a loan for your first home? Gotta jump through the online hoops & hope for the best! I’m old school & prefer in person dialogue with the loan manager/person!

This location is often under staffed and too busy.. only two tellers on duty on a Friday afternoon with lines out the entrance? I would hope to expect better from you WPCU!

I routinely frequent this location for multiple needs and have yet to personally experience or observed poor service given to any member even those who on occasion are disgruntled.
