Battery died today Christmas Eve, Princeton Glendale location installed it for free...made my day. It wasn't as much of an inconvenience. Shout out to the young man that installed the battery and the helpful sales lady. High, high, highly recommend this location. They are great.

Went for simple battery exchange/install and had a few issues with the connector. Julio did an amazing job in the cold for about 30 minutes and got it taken care of. Amazing service.

I needed to replace my car's battery today and had a great experience at this Advance Auto Parts location. Not only did they have the battery I wanted in stock (and it was reasonably fresh to boot), but they installed it for free and taught me the process so I'll be able to DIY it next time. The guys were friendly and really helpful, and the price of the battery was competitive. Two thumbs up!

My only gripe is that they can't see inventory at World PAC. It doesn't make sense to me that they can't, after all how do you order from them, but that is what the counterman told me. ?

Last week I was blown away at how fast the part that I needed for my car to work came in. I ordered online same day delivery. It was about 9:30am and I was hoping to get it by 1 ish 3pm at the latest. ? I ordered and spent about 30 getting ready to go to the store. You know finished coffee, put a load in the washer. Got dressed.I go to walk out the door and I get a call. I didn't recognize the number but I did just order something same day delivery. I answered thinking they had to cancel due to inventory what have you.It was the driver!! He was at my door!!! With my part in hand!!Shocked, I promised myself I would leave a review.I changed my jacket and grabbed a flat head. Put the heater hose on my car, added antifreeze and drove my car to the grocery store. Just like that. Less than a hour I was good to go.Thank you door dash for helping make this happen. Thank you. Advanced for going the extra mile.Advanced Auto on Princeton Glendale rd in becket. Part came from Colerain. Door dash delivered.Now that's service ladies and gentlemen.
