This place has become an absolute waste of time! I dropped off 2 containers of clothes it took them over 2 hours to go thru them. When I returned they had a basket of clothes not even 1/3 of what I brought in and then offered me $18 for it. Multiple jeans and sweaters! $18 is not worth even driving there for (especially having to go twice because they took 2 hours) They have gotten themselves into the luxury brands and clearly don’t care about us average shoppers anymore. I used to buy and sell there often but It is no longer worth packing it up to take there.

My first shopping experience was excellent. The store was very clean and larger than I expected. I was immediately greeted, told about deals, and where to find what I was looking for. Received a fitting room in a snap. I’d say overall the staff was very attentive and friendly. I look forward to shopping here in the future.

Actually a mediocre experience. They did not buy many items for vague reasons despite the items being nicer than what they have around the shop. I won't be back. I reccomend some other places.

1) Racist? I get the vibe that if you’re a person of color they definitely aren’t as quick to greet you when you walk in the store as compared to the white customers, if at all. I walked in…crickets. Someone white walked in behind me a minute later and it’s “Hi! Welcome in!”
2) In general, no one asks if you need help finding anything or mentioning the sales that they have going on or anything. They just stare at you and don’t smile or anything.
3) When you leave the store, there’s no “Thanks for coming in” or anything.
Their manager really needs to show them an unconscious bias video for employee training or something. Not all of us are going to rob or try to steal from you.
With what I do for a living and the amount of money I have spent in there in the past and the amount I was willing to spend in there tonight, it’ll be awhile if ever before I come back into that store. Just horrible customer service for some of “us”.

They pay you very fairly and decent for ur items!! Definitely was pleased with their fairly purchase prices that they paid me out for my items Definitely would recommend them!!! And Definitely would be returning from now on Definitely my go to place to sell my items 2!!!! And I like how they give u a listing of the items that they purchased from u thats very convenient!!!

Racist. If you are black and have luxury items they won't take them or they will say they are outdated. This is strange because the whole store is outdated! The black middle-aged lady even was confused About why they didn't take certain items. No one in that store has style not even the lazy young girls.

Have always had a really good experience here until today. Was told 30 mins wait no one was in front of me. The lady who checked me in is usually quite good. She even commented that I looked familiar because I’ve been there quite a few times before. However, the past few times I’ve been here they go through my clothes so quickly and then she gets so preoccupied talking and helping other people. There was several people behind the counter; but the one lady kept stopping to help them or just talk and train. I was here for over an hour, and my clothes were sitting on the counter for almost 50 mins just waiting to be put in. Which is fine,but please tell me an accurate time. As I waited since they said 30mins and got to putting them in so quickly thought it would be quick. Again this is fine, but I would have just came back if they told me over an hour. When they asked me why I was standing around I said oh I’m just waiting for that stack to be put in and she was rather rude to me about how shes busy. She then proceeded to tell another employee who’s new about how people don’t understand that we do things other than just buy and I’m not their only customer. She did apologize at the end for the wait,but it was kind of a little too late after you made a comment right in front of me to another employee. The funny thing is I just gave this store major kudos to the marketing director after a bad experience at Plato’s in Colerain. I am never rude im always polite and understanding. So the fact that this is the second time I’ve had an employee at disrespectful for me upsets me and I don’t think I will be back here again.

Went to visit this store for a quote for a Louis Vuitton purse and normally the girls there and really sweet and fair with the price. I felt as though Jocelyn was not fair with the price of my bag. I compared my bag to the bags she had in the store and mines was in almost new condition but quoted my bag under. I feel as though it was not fair and it may had something to do with my race. It just sucks because I have been selling items she shopping here for years. They just lost a great customer. Will never visit this store again.

Went in to find a business style outfit. Their selection was fantastic. However the staff and clothing organization was not. I heard an employee helping a customer put together an outfit so I asked Helaina for help finding a suit jacket and dress pants. She showed me the suit jackets and explained she really had no idea how to style what I’m asking for. (understandable, i dont either, why I’m asking for help) so when we found two that worked for me I asked about dress pants next and she said they are scattered in with the rest of the pants and that i would have to just see what i can find…..okay. then said she would grab someone to help me with styling an outfit. great. except no one came back to help me. Not even Helaina. i then spent the next 40 min trying to find pants and a dress shirt by myself. meanwhile the 4 other employees were hanging by the counter chatting. and the 5th taking the clothes back that didn't work. I was not once asked if I needed help finding anything after that.

I wish that when I dropped off my bags of clothes that I would have been told that after a week they donate what you haven’t picked up. I think that is something you should tell people.
