Love the place and love the people; however, I get frustrated with the services. Trying to make electronic payments 6 days before it's due but specific date will not show up for needed due date so have to incur service charge. Also my Dad had an issue with the ATM (for which the bank cannot service) and while they credited his account; they have now decided that he basically "lied" and charged him for not getting his money in the first place - extremely disappointed

Eleni was absolutely wonderful on Saturday at the drive through window. I was running close to closing time and she was working with multiple clients but was very patient with me interrupting and asking for a pen ...... I’m not very patient. I think Nina and Sydney are pretty awesome too! Every time I walk through the door, usually looking like a mess from cleaning or doing yard work everyone treats me so well! Thank you!

No Notary Services???? Unless it's on their own letterhead - who needs that? Most people need it for real estate transactions and they refuse to do that. They obviously have no understanding of what notarization reallly means. That is ok - all their competitors do it!!

Extremely upset that today when trying to manage multiple random $100 withdrawals from my account, the woman at the counter told me I'd be better off just leaving and coming back another day.. Refused to print a list of my transactions, saying she was unable to(even though I have had this done before in the past!), told me the manager was extremely busy and I couldnt talk to him, then waved me off before I was done talking. As a customer service worker I am very disappointed, especially at a bank when I am so stressed about my money the day after my rent is due.

The woman at the front desk on 3/2/19 was unbelievably rude and told me to come back another day. Useless service. My sister and I have both had unknown charges on our cards within the last 3 months. I'll be switching my bank on Monday.
