Something really needs to be done about the wait time in the drive thru. Put someone with more experience or have two tellers working the drive thru. No reason to be in line for 35 minutes!! Got to do better!!

I really like this location but today I was in the drive through for about 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. This took place between 12:15pm - 12:25pm. Hopefully it will be different next time.

We got to work with Jonathan to do an auto loan and he was easy and great to work with.
