“First visit was a Sunday. Website and hours listed on door said open Sunday till 5:00p.m. At 3:30, even though signs hanging in windows said "Open", no one was there. Called and left message. The next morning, the manager called back and explained that the person who was supposed to be there didn't show up and she was out of town. Selection was pretty good...and the have more available in catalogs and online. Will probably end up getting some lights for my home build.”

“I recently re-done my master bedroom. I ordered a bed, dresser and nightstand from West Elm. I also ordered a rug, bedding, planter and a lamp separately. I had no issues with delivery with any of the items. Everyone arrived on time and in good condition. The delivery crew was on top of it as well. I've seen lots of bad reviews, maybe it was covid related, who knows. I had to wait for my furniture but I knew this upfront but it did arrived within the expected timeframe.”

The quality of all the items, from the furniture to lighting to the rugs and all the decor is truly excellent. Everyone who comes over is blown away by the stunning transformation.
