“I want to say THANK YOU to both the Clerk who handled my call, and the Carrier #12 for his help in getting my package delivered corrected. I ended up with a wrong number on the package, they sent me a notification and after I called we corrected my mistake. Both were curious, easy to understand and went out of their way to ensure my package being delivered that Saturday 10/18/25 like it was supposed to be. ??”

“Things change, and they have. The current USPS is a far cry from its former self. Walking into this station isn't bad. Waiting in line is routine as there is always only one clerk assisting people. My route gets a shifting variety of carriers. I routinely get mail addressed to other local houses and can only assume that mail addressed to me is going to other houses as well, and this in spite of my having put up two address plates on the front of my house.”

“I would like to compliment the Supervisor at Lyndhurst Post Office, Deja, for handling and correcting a carrier delivery error. An after hours package was incorrectly delivered to the wrong address and refused by the resident. The delivery carrier should have double checked the address when it was refused instead of sending it back to the sender. Deja kindly intercepted the information and had it re-sent for a timely delivery. I appreciate her follow-up and thoroughness.

“I had the BEST encounter with a woman named Acy at the post office counter this morning. I was there to purchase a book of stamps. The way that she delivered stellar customer service was quite impressive. I stopped and told her that NOBODY is friendly at a post office counter and NOBODY at the counter has ever given me a binder of choices for a book of stamps. Her binder was organized and intentionally thoughtful. She is a keeper. Such a beautiful spirit in the 8am hour:)”
“I’ve been coming to this United States Postal Service about once a month for the past 8 months, and one of the ladies there is always so kind and helpful every single time I come in. She’s consistent, professional, and always has a great attitude, which really makes the experience much better. Customer service like that definitely stands out and deserves recognition.”

I always smile, say please and thank you, and treat them with basic human decency (as we should to anyone), and the staff here have always reciprocated that kindness! Kindness is a two way street. I'm thankful they make sure my packages are delivered promptly!”

“A merchant had the wrong address on my package and it was out for delivery. The gentleman Ron that answered was so helpful. He called the carrier and had him hold the package. He called and told me when it was there and I informed me that it was waiting to be picked up. When I arrived the ladies at the counter were also very pleasant. I am so grateful because people aren’t honest these days and it’s not safe to just go to their door. Thank you so much for making it such a smooth process because I was panicking.”
