“I was stuck in the side of 271 with an absolutely shredded tire. I got the car jacked, but I couldn't get the lug nuts off the tire. So, I called several roadside assistance/towing companies, and nobody even picked up the phone. Finally, I called Always Towing and they were great. Someone was there to help me within 15 minutes. He was able to get my spare on, and I was on my way. Very reasonable prices too. Can't recommend enough!”

“Ended up with a flat tire in a parking lot. I called SO many companies (distance sort) before Ronnie was able to assist. I verified I had a spare tire, and he showed up. He changed the tire and saw it was a screw in my tire. He said if I wanted to save the tire, he had a shop nearby and could fix it up. Drove there, and sure enough, he and his associates fixed the tire and put the spare back. He saved my butt in a very unfamiliar part of town. Thanks!”

“This is an amazing tow yard with quality caring people! They answered my call early Mon which was great so I didn't have to worry because I wanted to see it. They told me what I needed to do for the release and are very organized with the keys etc!! I only have use of one hand after my accident and my ID, money, and hotel key fell out when I fumbled for my phone for the Uber. I was in a panic. They called and told me they found all of it on the driveway. I HIGHLY recommend their services!!”

“AAA uses Advantage Towing, and they should! Earlier today I requested a tow. I told them what I needed. Initially they sent me request to Advantage. AAA changed it to another company. The other company arrived and the driver said he didn’t feel comfortable towing my vehicle. He said he would send a different type of tow truck. After a few hours I haven’t heard anything. I call AAA again. They had canceled the previous request and I had to start over. They called Advantage. When he arrived, he hooked the car up in about 10 minutes and was gone. Every single time I need a tow or something else and AAA sends them I never have a problem. They get 5 starts in my book for sure!”
“GREAT!!!! Showed up very quickly, by far fastest I have ever seen a tow truck show up to the location. About 15 mins. There was no discussion of the price when I called, a fundamental error, but I was having a hard time getting anyone to come get my car from the side of the road. So takes the car and me to a shop a mile or 2 from where I was. He drops the car in a parking spot and asks if I was quoted a price. I said no. So he says his boss quoted. $xx.xx and I was so happy, cheapest tow I have ever had, 1985 tow was literally alot more. My situation and distance I am sure played a big part and including the drive to my car, and drop at shop probably took them 30 mins(awesome service). BUT many or most take advantage, and They did not in any way. GREAT Service, great price, and without a doubt some great people! ☆☆☆☆☆☆ ☆☆☆☆ 10 stars perfect score!”

“Thought I needed a tow so I called and gave my location, and the driver arrived in 10 minutes. I asked him to try a jump-start before towing and he politely obliged. When that didn't work, we both thought it was the starter, so he knocked on the starter while I cranked the engine and it started up immediately. Charged $30 (well worth it) and I was able to drive home. (They previously quoted about $99 before tax for a 16 mile tow, also a good rate.) Most people don't review towing services, and when they do, they usually share only negative experiences. If you're looking for a considerate, quick, and honest towing service, try these guys first. 24/7 Towing”

“It is a sunday. And my battery light came on. I went to auto zone and they said I need a new alternator.
I started calling places and they either weren't open or couldnt help me till tomorrow.
Yet when I called mooneys they were so nice and helpful. I talked to the father and he made .e feel like his daughter. Said come to the shop and we'll figure it out.
When I got there (9mins away) his son was there. He looked and tested it and said the alternator is acting fine. (later we determined its a loose connection) but he looked checked and sent us on our way free. Wouldn't even take a tip. He was so nice. I am sad I dont live in the area. I hope everyone comes here.”
“Westside towing was amazing. I started calling tow companys at 7am. Buy 1pm no one called me back. I called Westside!!! Within 10 mins they were at my car hooking it up & driving it to the mechanic for me. I will only be calling Westside towing if I ever need a tow in the future! Price was amazing and did I mention it was the day before Thanksgiving!! Truly made my holiday better. Woke up a nervous wreck and was cooking dinner by the evening thanks to Westside towing.”
