“I love Rainbow Vet. They have been with us for the health and life of Sophie (golden retriever) Molly (Lab mix) Tammy (GSD) and currently Trudie (GSD) and Winston (Icelandic Sheepdog). Linda and Jessica are SUPER Vets but also compassionate with my dogs and with me! Their staff is absolutely wonderful and my dogs always feel comfortable with them. Winston has to run around and say a big HI to each and every one. I trust them wholeheartedly with the health and well being of my dogs. I can't imagine they could do anything to improve on their stellar care.”

“I can't say enough about this animal hospital. The compassion and caring were above what I expected and the fees were reasonable. My pup got sick and Kathy got Lou in immediately.Unfortunately , after a few days we had to put him down. The staff grieved with us. Lou was cremated and he came back in a beautiful box with his name on it, his paw print cast in stone, and his fur in a card with a heart. Dr Williard and her staff helped us to get through this horrible process. Thank you for your kindness and support. You made a bad situation a little easier to deal with.”
“Dr. Hankins and staff have been the best from top to bottom for anything we’ve ever needed for our fur babies! Dr. Hankins treats your pet like it’s a family member and nothing less. She really cares and wants nothing but what’s right and bestfor these “kids” as she calls them. My dog Rory loved going to the vet to see her, he was never afraid or anxious to be there.”
“Was recommended by my neighbor who has taken their pets to this vet for decades. I found him to be very knowledgeable! I thought for sure my dog was going to need x rays (which is very expensive) but he was able to diagnose with a thorough exam and some meds and she was back to her old self in a few days. “I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bartels! We started bringing our chow chow Kirby for grooming there after a terrible and traumatizing experience at her old groomer. Laura is kind, attentive, and so talented. She calls me with updates and makes Kirby feel so comfortable. Now both our dogs will always go here for vetting AND boarding! We boarded them here for the first time this weekend while we were occupied with our wedding. After explaining how nervous I was leaving them due to a previous freak accident that led to our bull terrier Baylor going missing for two weeks, the staff made sure we received text and picture updates multiple times a day to calm my nerves. Josh spent some extra time getting to know Baylor which was beyond sweet. Usually our pups can’t wait to come home after a weekend away from us, but this time I think they wanted to stay and hangout with their new friends! If you are looking for a vet, groomer, or boarding services in northeast Ohio, GO TO BARTELS! ?”

“So I just got my first dog from the pound and I brought him to family pet clinic for his first check up since rescuing him. everything was fine, my dog was comfortable and relaxed at the place and everyone was friendly. the tech and the vet were very courteous and patient with my dog he was well behaved also by the way LOL but after my first check up with the dog and feelings the "vibe" from the doctors and staff I feel it's going to be a great fit for me and my pooch.. I recommend this place for anyone with a pet they care about...this is juju”
“I don't know how I have never done a Google review on Green Road Animal Hospital! My family and I have had the privilege of taking our animals to Dr. Rehmer for years and years. I cannot say enough good things about her and her incredibly devoted team. You name the situation, and she has helped my animals. She has saved my animals at times, prolonged their lives, and, when it's time to say goodbye to one of my beloved animals, she has created the safest, most compassionate way and space to do so. Dr. Rehmer and her team go above and beyond for you. I know it's something that couldn't be received anywhere else. I trust her and her team fully and am unbelievably grateful to her and them for what they have done for me and my animals. Dr. Rehmer is beyond in her craft and skill as a veterinarian; her passion, knowledge, and compassion are unmatched. Her receptionists, vet techs/vet nurses, are on another level of hard-working individuals. I don't know how they do what they do day in and day out with so many different types of situations, circumstances, and animals, while showing that much compassion, gentleness, and patience with each client and animal. Each appointment is as thorough and compassionate as it gets. You feel safe and at home, with all your questions answered and cared for in ways hard to find these days. “Dr.J. Hs taken care of the girls (cars) and Shelly (Aussie) for years. I’m lucky because Shelly likes going to the vet, the girls not so much(they just want to run around outside). Excellent care. Just be careful depending on where you live. The exit ramp from 480E to 77S is closed right now, so I had to take Brookpark Road, which is a little bumpy at places.”

“I recently switched to Oak Tree Animal Hospital, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I’ve spent the last few years working with a rescue group for senior puppy mill dogs, so advocating for animals is deeply important to me. Unfortunately, my last vet was a nightmare—I could barely get five minutes of their time, and they were incredibly dismissive of my concerns (which turned out to be critical).
Switching to Oak Tree has been a night-and-day experience. Dr. Smith is incredibly validating, conscious, and thorough. Instead of rushing me out the door or diminishing my concerns, Dr. Smith actually listens and takes the time to collaborate on my dogs' care. It is such a relief to finally have a vet who genuinely cares and gives my dogs the time and respect they deserve.”

The receptionists checked us in and out quickly while being very friendly, the tech and Dr. Mendlowitz both were very patient with my 11 year old GSD Chloe, who has bad anxiety. She didn't make giving them a blood sample easy, yet they did great while keeping her happy.”
“I took my dog to the vet clinic in Beachwood at Petco I was so pleased with them I will keep taking them back from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out each and every person in there was super nice to us into her so I recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their dogs get shots or you know regular check up or something two thumbs up and five stars for them thank you”

“The vets and staff here truly care about your animals. They review treatment, and explain everything. My pets have had multiple services here.
My cat was treated tonight and they accommodated him same day despite a packed schedule. I am so thankful. He had a fever of 104 and was really poorly. He showed immediate improvement in 2 hours of getting home from treatment and we avoided the ER.
Can vets be expensive? Absolutely. But this clinic is reasonable and they treat your fur babies like their own.
I highly recommend this vet clinic. Oscar is feeling so much better. Thank you Dr. Stitts, Dr. Rust, Angie, and the entire staff!
