When I had a nosebleed in the store, staff jumped to my assistance without hesitation, finding a chair and rolls of paper towels. They stood by to make sure I was ok. “I always enjoy my trips to the Costco in Boston Heights. The atmosphere is consistently pleasant and welcoming. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what I need.
One of the things I appreciate most about this location is the excellent customer service. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I've had to return items several times, and the process has always been hassle-free. Costco's return policy is generous, and the staff is accommodating.

“Large warehouse stock with numerous items. There are plenty of good deals on some food items, while others are pricier than the regular grocery store. Household items are the same. I used to think all items were cheaper if purchased in bulk, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Know your prices before shopping as there are some good deals. The store is always clean and efficient.”
“Great place to deliver, got here 1.5 hours before my 9am appointment and now I'm leaving already ( before my appointment ) everyone was very nice and polite, they have some overnight parking and plenty room to back into the dock”
“We get tires from here as a whole sale retailer, and when I call and or pick up tires it’s always a quick and easy process. The staff there is always willing to help and will help find the right tire at the right price. Highly recommended for tires as they have a plethora of options.”
“The people here were very nice and helpful, they took me a day before my appt time but I also delivered hazmat so that plays a role in the unloading process. It took about 10 minutes for me to get someone to come out but today is Sunday so I had to wait a little but nonetheless, I was able to get unloaded and on my way to my next load.”

“These people are really cool here.Very efficient, nice parking lot. It's a little tight, so take your time. No lumper fee, but make sure your load is secured good. If your load is messed up, then you will pay a lumper fee.”

“They got me in early which is much appreciated however, coming in from i-90 go past your GPS Street by three blocks, then turn left and make another left on Perkins avenue and you will be blindsiding into their docks. The docks are very tight. And if the company across the street is loading or unloading, your gonna sit for a few”

The directions will take you to old entrances. Less than 1 mile, There is a steel company on the right hand side, and at the top of the stop light, you will see giant eagle deliveries. Make that right at the light and make another immediate left. You will see signs that says no trucks and all trucks, that’s for the steel company. Look for the small road before the signage.
