“- [ ] Had an awesome experience here! Right when I came in they gave me a heads up about extended wait. The check in process was super straightforward, made for a great start! The store itself is quite nice and very well thought out. In the evening I got a text saying the items were ready. I asked if I could come in the next day, and the automated system sent a message saying they didn’t pick any of my items. I was bummed and went back the next day, they once again were super kind, I showed them the message, they were super understanding, apologized for the confusion and mentioned they would follow up. I wish I had gotten their names, they were super helpful and so kind explaining everything with the offer. I thought the offer was good, much better than comparing services such as Plato’s Closet. It was something around 20 dollars for three older but in fashion items. They have a service to donate, but are also happy to keep the clothes to give back to the customer. Overall a great experience, and although I didn’t buy anything this time I thought the items were fairly priced, and they had lots of great brands such as Aritzia, Lululemon, and Brandy Melville. Overall a great place, and I will definitely be back!”
“It's the second time I purchase a dress at Ruby's and, just like the time before, I had a great experience here! The store has so many different options, unlike many other stores in Cleveland area. The owner was very helpful and took the time to not only show me the many options available but also assist me as I tried on many options today. He listened to me and helped me pick something appropriate to the event and that compliments my body and looks elegant. During checkout we had a great conversation and talked about our countries and cultures! I will for sure come back whenever I need a fancy dress for another special occasion. And obviously the dress js gorgeous and everyone loved it.”

But the best part of all is their Birkenstock selection. If you are looking to buy unique Birkenstocks, they have basically every style and every color imaginable!”
“I love my Tom James suits, shirts, and sport coats! Not only do I get a LOT of compliments, but the fit is fantastic. Many off the rack suit companies sell fine clothing, but to have them look right they need to be tailored. That’s not an issue with Tom James! They come to you, measure to your fit and preference, and then bring your clothes to you!The pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality and service. Plus, there are various price ranges for different needs. And the variety of fabric choice is beyond compare.The TJ rep who comes to see me, Grace P., knows my taste and helps me pick what’s right for me. I’ve shopped lots of places and love a good suit. But Tom James has my vote! 5 stars!”
“Love Pure Barre! The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. They are friendly and motivate each class. The facility is clean and well maintained. The front desk associates make you feel welcome and assist with scheduling and membership items. Plenty of free parking is available. Class members look forward to each class session.”

“This store is amazing as is its owner, Louis! I needed a dress for my son’s wedding and stopped in on a friend’s recommendation. What a find!!! I was hesitant because the shop looked small from the outside. I was greeted by Louis and after browsing for a few minutes he told me to just go into the fitting room and he would bring in dresses that he thought would look good on me. He said he knew his dresses. The first dress he brought in looked fabulous on me as did the second and third ones. I had a hard time choosing. But believe it or not I bought the first dress I.tried on which was so unlike me! An off the shoulder gown made out of an exquisite fabric that was just perfect for my son’s wedding. I also bought a dress for the shower and two other things I wear all the time!!! He is a little pricey but well worth it. He makes sure the dress fits perfectly and alterations are free. I highly recommend YouTwo Inc and Louis!! I got rave reviews for my gown at the wedding and from all my friends who saw me on Facebook. Thanks Louis!!”

“I went to the Fly Fishing 101 with my son and two grandsons on Saturday April 13. Although it was windy the Orvis staff made the best of it. They were so patient with my grandsons. I really appreciated the time they spent. They really worked at breaking down the casting and line tying in a manner we could understand. Great group of people and would recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about fly fishing.”
