“I love this store. They have a wide selection of Brooks sneakers amd also New Balance. Assorted colors and way better selection than any other store in WV or Ohio. The women who works there is also extremely helpful.”
“They have a good website but, I usually don't order shoes online. I believe in try before you buy when it comes to shoes. If you want a good shoe store that's close to home then, I definitely recommend this store. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful and if they don't have something in stock, they will either have it sent to their store then you pick it up or sent to your home. They also send out coupons in the mail and they usually have some kind of special deals going on,.especially around the holidays. I have bought shoes from this store many, many, many times and I still have all of them!”

Thank you, Nate! Nate was such an incredible help. I had purchased shoes for my husband for his birthday. I was off by 1/2 size. We learned we could return the shoes from Finish Line at JD.
We were so excited to learn that they had the pair in my husband's size. Nate was so helpful as we looked at shoes.
He also got another sale when I asked if he could take any additional costs off for a pair on sale. He offered me $10 off. It was so refreshing to have someone smart who could think on his feet, and the company permitted him to not be a robot. He got the sale with a small additional discount.
I've been out of town, but I will be going back for another pair for my husband.

“First I called on the phone to confirm they had my size..14. They were very nice and had actually a couple pair in stock. Went to the store and they were johnny on the spot and knew I was the one that called on the phone. He went and grabbed the shoes. Once I explained what they were for, he told me how that shoe was better for someone my size. He wasn't lying and they have felt really good on my feet. Would highly recommend”
