“I needed new tires on my car. My husband had done some research and knew the ones he wanted to purchase. When I called Joe was very willing to order us the tires we wanted even though they can be tough to find. Joe was very informative and kind through the entire process. Noah (tire tech) was quick and efficient with putting the tires on. Lately, Steve was very kind and accommodating as well. I had told Joe I would be there after kids went to school to have my tires put on however, sick child and other things delayed my process. I called the shop at 6:00pm and even though the shop was closing in an hour Steve was very kind and told me to come on in and they would get me taken care of. “I took my car here for an alignment because they were one of only a few shops in the area that had a low profile alignment rack. My car is lowered and therefore wouldn't fit on normal racks. During the alignment, the shop failed to tighten one of my control arms. I took it back to them the next day after I noticed it, and they fixed it for free and re-checked the alignment. That would be worth 4 stars to me. Anyone can make a mistake, but they were willing to fix it without issue. The reason I give 5 stars is because their mechanics noticed a problem with my brakes which other shops had completely missed. If they hadn't pointed it out to me, I would have continued to drive on a dragging brake piston. It would have completely ruined one of my brand new rotors and prematurely worn down the associated pads. Their attentiveness saved me a LOT of money and heartache. I will take my car here again.”

“Great service but they should look into investing a "memory saver" that plugs into the cars OBD port to power the car while the battery is out. They gave mine back after replacing the battery and it had all sorts of trouble that it had to "re-learn". The car isn't very new so nothing too drastic. I'd be very frustrated if they just wiped all my settings, ect... with a newer car. Simple to prevent since the tool cost less than 100$Otherwise trustworthy shop! Thanks Jamie”
