“I have always had great experiences from this Sam's Club, until today. I placed an order for curbside pick up at 5 am to be picked up between 4 and 5 pm. I get there at 4 and I haven't received my notification that it was ready yet, so I wait in the parking lot. Then, it's 5 and still no notification. I call customer service and it just kept ringing and went unanswered. Thankfully a young lady came out to deliver another person's order and I stopped her and asked her if she knew what was taking my order so long. She looked it up and went and got my order herself. Thank you, Leah (I hope I spelled your name right), you were a life saver today! I enjoy the curbside pickup, it makes life easier when my schedule is hectic. And having to wait an hour was definitely crunching time for me, as I could've went in and picked my order myself in ten minutes had I known it wasn't going to be ready on time.”

“Maintained well. Issue is trying to get back on road from the direct exit from the gas station. You have to remember to exit either the back road behind Kroger or the far end of the kroger lot by Tim Hortons. If not, you usually take a mad dash across traffic because of no light signal on the main entee/exit.”

My lame doctor and reminded her I have no diabetic medications and she can ask My insurance for the specific one THAT actually controls my blood sugar. MY nurse practitioner is an ape. She could not care less of I love or die as long as I see her enough to make her moat payments and plastic surgery appointment sof her free. Kettering Health NURSE PRACTITIONER, MICHELLE Sturm, couldn't manage getting me the proper MEDICATION. SINCE June 24, since I first had my initial visit. My suhaf is around 599 today and I am waiting on one medicine, Insulin aspart to save me from a heart attack or stroke.. Thank you Walgreens for trying to help though.”

“I switched to Walmart when the Kroger pharmacies started going downhill. It was a great choice! I have no complaints. There is never a long wait, they get my refills completed quicker than they estimate, and they have quickly resolved any issues that have arisen. The pharmacist (a gentleman- I don't know if there's more than one) has helped me out of a tough situation more than once. Just the other day, I had to revisit them because I hadn't received the correct amount of pills. They didn't give me any grief, and I left with the full rx being filled. A relative had the same issue at Kroger once before, and they told her she was out of luck! And it was a mental health medication, at that!Anyway, everyone I've dealt with here has been very nice. I see Sheldon most often and he is friendly and polite. These people seem to actually care about their customers!”

“I used the online photo lab... Created a couple calendars. I thought that I had created the calendars at another Walgreens. Apparently I had used the one on Smithville. I called because I was ready to pick up the calendars... Someone by the name of angel answered the phone and was working the front registers. They were very busy I was checking people out but this person politely took the time to check my photos and find them because only one was found at the time. Very professional and very helpful. Although this Walgreens is slightly further away from the one that I generally use I will be frequenting this particular Walgreens because of angel ...thank you!”

“This is my "go to" store for specific items and the prices are great. I buy their olive oil, nuts, cheeses, and frozen fish. The store is clean and organized. I also always fill up the tank with gas as the price is usually good. They have a very liberal return policy. The prices for prescription drugs are great too. The pharmacist is always willing to check to insure I am getting the best price. I often pick up a cooked chicken as well because there is so much you can do with it at home.”

“I love this smaller Kroger. Staff are friendly, especially the deli, produce, floral, and meat departments. At times, staff may not seem as interested in customers or smiling. I enjoy this interaction with the departments and wish they all were generally better trained to encourage it among the staff and customers. My only complaint really is the way they force people through the self checkout lines by destaffing at certain times of the day which are most inconvenient for customers. I avoid the store during the evening hours because of this. Don’t they want a job in the future? I don’t want to check out myself, I want a very nice, well trained person to assist me. “I came in as a walk-in yesterday to get a tdap booster because I scraped my arm on a rusty nail. The pharmacist was the sweetest woman ever. She made me feel at ease and was funny, it was the first time in a long time I haven’t been nervous to get a vaccine. I was in an out in a timely manner.
