“Once you go Home town, you never go back. This place is full of knowledgeable, friendly pharmacists. They’ve been so great to us from 1st contact and forward. But now today, the pharmacist was observant enough to see that in the last two days, I’ve been back and forth to them, getting flu medicine for all of my children. She asked me if I was on preventative medicine for the flu. I didn’t even know that was an option. As Dr.’s always have to swab and receive a positive test before they’ll even write an RX for the flu, I didn’t realize I could ask for preventative medicine. Nor did any of the 3 doctors we’ve been to in the last 2 days suggest/offer this option. If not for the observant pharmacist at Home Town, I’d still be home popping zink, riddled with anxiety, hoping I won’t be next. I contacted my care team and they sent the RX over, and Home Town had it filled for me in less than an hour. Words cannot express how much I appreciate this pharmacy and all the staff.”

Worst staff I have ever encountered… extremely unprofessional and very rude everyone from the incompetent guy who answers the phone to the pharmacist.. I can’t believe these clowns are still in business.. this is one incident of many.. my client was having problems reaching them for refills he was without medications for over two weeks as he needs them delivered since he is paraplegic, but one of the staff a women who is super rude got frustrated from him while he was asking her simple questions about delivery times and told him to come walk get his medication by himself and hang up on him because she got aggravated with his questions !!!! now how Condescending is that to speak to a 75 year-old paraplegic ?”

“Maintained well. Issue is trying to get back on road from the direct exit from the gas station. You have to remember to exit either the back road behind Kroger or the far end of the kroger lot by Tim Hortons. If not, you usually take a mad dash across traffic because of no light signal on the main entee/exit.”
“Hubby & I shop here often. I've been ordering some items to be shipped to me (free shipping) & I love the convenience. We get gas here when in the Centerville area but sometimes the lines are crazy long. I've used the pick up service a few times & it is great when in a rush. We bought new tires 2 years ago from the Auto department & when I got a nail on the outside of the tire, they replaced it for only a $20 fee. I really like the variety Sam's has to offer & the fact that they stand behind their food quality with a money back guarantee. All the employees I've dealt with have been polite & helpful. I'll continue to shop here again & again.”
“This is my "go to" store for specific items and the prices are great. I buy their olive oil, nuts, cheeses, and frozen fish. The store is clean and organized. I also always fill up the tank with gas as the price is usually good. They have a very liberal return policy. The prices for prescription drugs are great too. The pharmacist is always willing to check to insure I am getting the best price. I often pick up a cooked chicken as well because there is so much you can do with it at home.”

She told me that they were going to close in 15 minutes for their lunch break but she was still so kind enough to make sure I got my shot before they closed. The process was speedy and she made sure everything was clean. The process also went really smoothly. Manpreet was so kind and made sure I felt comfortable. Manpreet is the BEST!!!! “I switched to Walmart when the Kroger pharmacies started going downhill. It was a great choice! I have no complaints. There is never a long wait, they get my refills completed quicker than they estimate, and they have quickly resolved any issues that have arisen. The pharmacist (a gentleman- I don't know if there's more than one) has helped me out of a tough situation more than once. Just the other day, I had to revisit them because I hadn't received the correct amount of pills. They didn't give me any grief, and I left with the full rx being filled. A relative had the same issue at Kroger once before, and they told her she was out of luck! And it was a mental health medication, at that!Anyway, everyone I've dealt with here has been very nice. I see Sheldon most often and he is friendly and polite. These people seem to actually care about their customers!”

“I LOVE the Bellbrook Discount Drug Mart. This was one of my moms favorite places to shop. I lost my mom 4 1/2 years ago but every time I come here I think of our trips to DDM together and betting who would walk out of the store spending the most money!
