“Ivy & Tim were a tremendous help getting our 2010 Kia Forte in and fixing a brake line issue. They were able to get it done quickly and professionally and made coordinating an early drop-off incredibly easy, even without us being there in person. Great service and very easy to work with!”

“I wanted to recognize JC for outstanding customer service. He took the time to help me with a tire issue on my Acura, quickly identified the problem, and got me safely back on the road. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely cared about helping. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, JC stands out. Thank you for your help and for representing your company so well.”

“I called and spoke to Zach and explained I needed 4 new tires. I gave him the dimensions and he recommended a great option that was agreeable in price and quality. They also offer a few free oil changes with said purchase. They got me in Monday morning, didn’t oversell me on too much, and completed the work to satisfaction. Overall a great experience!”

“I have had a fabulous experience over the years at this dealership. Most recently Sierra has gone above and beyond to try to meet my needs. Their inventory is lighter than many other Mercedes dealerships and their prices seem less competitive than many on MBUSA, the national website. In service I have worked with Dan Phong many times, he’s great. Roger Hall has assisted multiple times and has also been very helpful.”
