The assistant manager Tammy was extremely rude and she had no respect for customers. I’m not from this town but I do not recommend coming here. It was 5:55 and she wasn’t allowing people to come in. Three- people in line and she said when it was 6 we had to leave. Not a good person to have running a store goodwill. I will never be back again

Love dropping off junk and watch them try to sell it for 6x what I originally paid. Fun times. Do yourself a favor and go to The Lutheran Center instead. ?

Extremely overpriced. Definitely not a thrift store. $125 for a used nightstand just because it said Ashley Furniture!!! GreedWill is more like it!!! This is just one example. $1.99 for a mason jar - I can get 12 at Walmart for $14.00. I could go on ,but there's not enough space here.

Last time I thought we all wanted to prosper. Hold onto your stuff, and quit looking for handouts cheap scapes. It's the future, not behind times. And do your soul a favor & quit complaining. No one outside of you wants to hear it.not behind the times

I hadn't been to the store for quite a while except to donate items occasionally at the back door. The Saturday after Thanksgiving, the wife and I dropped a few things off and went inside to look for Christmas decorations. We were absolutely outraged by the prices. We will never go back, including to donate. We have always preferred to donate to the Lutheran Center but, due to their hours, we have sometimes found it more convenient to stop at Goodwill. They will never see me again either as a customer or donator.I encourage you to take your donations to the Lutheran Center too. It's in a new building in the 800 block of West Sandusky Street. Shop while you're there. Their prices are great.

This location is a scam! Their pricing is outrageous! Popsicle makers from stites are marked for $1. No thank you, I'll just go to stites because their cheaper there. $99.99 for a children's hanging swing I can buy brand new, not torn or dirty from Amazon for $37 and it has the hardware! A Stanley thermos and lunch box set had been separated and priced for $20 each. We bought the same Stanley thermos at the goodwill in Hilliard and paid $5, it still had the tags on it and the care instructions inside. How about the 12" round side table also marked for $99.99!!!! $40 at Walmart, brand new!!!!!Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!

If I could I would give this store a 0 star. Was looking for a wall clock for my house and I found one here i put a battery in it to see how well it worked (don't judge lol) went on my way and about 20 minutes later went back to the clock. It still had the same time on it as I left. Found alot of items I wanted but the prices are way to high for donated items. Such as the clock that didn't work $24.99, a horse for $49.99, a little box of Legos for $39.99, and a swing tent thing for $99.99. If you google search these items you will find these item's are way over priced and you can buy new alot cheaper. I will no longer be shopping or donating my items here and will be going to the luthren.

Absolutely ridiculous prices on most everything in the store. Acting like eBay or Amazon on items that were donated to help the community’s they are donated in, and most the time the item’s are priced higher then ebay with eBay shipping.Goodwill has gotten absolutely out of hand with their prices but the Bellfountain one is one of the worst I’ve seen.

Prices are way to high on some things, I noticed they have some candles in the back, most are only half full, an they still want 1.99 for them, This goodwill needs a new manager, I've heard her talk awful to some of the employees.

Prices are getting absolutely ridiculous! $75 for a lamp?? If I can remember correctly they had a yoga-type small trampoline for $75 as well? They’re also terrible at pricing sets of things separately, like a tea cup and the matching plate/holder shouldn’t be priced separately. There’s also dishes and stuff like it priced above $25? Goodwill isn’t for the people anymore, it’s only in it for the money now. I wanna say most clothing items are priced decently, but that’s my opinion. Personally instead of donating I’d put stuff on Facebook or set it to the curb for free until they get some decency.

Worked at the Bellefontaine store only 3 days and got tired of it. General manager is rude, felt like no matter what I did, it was always wrong. Asked to take Sundays off due to religion purposes and I was told "it's part of the job to come in on Sundays and work" I then got ridiculed because of the shoes I was wearing.... She said I needed to put steel toes on but here she is in a dress with dress shoes on working the same area I was working, why should I have to dress a certain way if she doesn't? Not to mention I kept getting yelled at for putting the correct reasonable price on the items least I figured it was reasonable but the staff there said even if we get FREE DONATIONS we need to put them out on the floor to "match" other stores prices. Like for instance you get something from Dollar tree and then donate it, Goodwill will put 2.99 as a price for it or 3.99! I said that was outrageous! I got yelled at for putting .99 cents on them. Smh. Pay is only 10.10 an hr here! Not worth being mistreated! If I can give 0 stars I would.
