“This is my local post office in Belmont. I have always had a good experience here. Postal staff is always friendly and any issues are always taken care of promptly. Thanks folks!”
“In the past, we've experienced all the bad service that the other reviews stated, the worst offense was when I questioned the postmaster about delivery to the door ,she stated their trucks don't go in reverse. Laughable.
This year has been great, I don't know who our delivery person is but they pull into the driveway & drop the packages at the door. Lovely, I'm thanful.!”

“I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Gina with the process of renewing my passport, and I must say, her assistance was nothing short of exemplary. Gina’s approach to communication was clear, direct, and immensely helpful. From the moment I received her postal code message, I knew exactly what steps I needed to take.Gina expertly guided me through the entire process, providing detailed instructions and ensuring I understood each part. Her patience and willingness to answer all my questions made a typically stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. Her expertise was evident, and her ability to convey information in a clear and persuasive manner significantly contributed to the efficiency of the process.I am thoroughly impressed by Gina's professionalism and dedication.
