“Great hometown hardware with above and beyond customer service! I was trying to match the finish on wood trim from a late 1950’s home. Vanessa and Ross were so helpful. Ross jumped in a tried out products on my new sample wood trim, we tried several stains, none matched. Then Ross thought of shellac that was used a lot in that era. It was perfect & I wouldn’t have came up with it if not for his help! This picture has original trim on face of casing & new on the inside! Thanks Ross and everyone at Apex?”

“In the midst of remodeling an older home for our daughter who is an Intervention Specialist for pre-school children, we experienced very good consumer service in all departments. Doug however in the check out area would not honor our 10% discount which ALL other cashiers have honored. After paying per debit card ( cash,) he followed us to the transport vehicle not to assist with unloading..... rather monitoring the box on the bottom which we conveyed was crushed on the end. W”

“The employees at this Home Depot are by far the friendliest and most courteous people you will find in a retail setting. They definitely go the extra mile to help you. This will be my go to store now instead of the other one I was buying from! Buy your paint at Home Depot.
