Ferrell Gas delivers to me with no request. When I go into my house to see what is going on they take off. I had enough propane to last until late fall but Ferrell Gas needed a delivery so they chose to fill my tank without asking. I will put a padlock on my tank and the next time Ferrell Gas needs some cash they can ask someone else to pay them. I called them and they said someone ordered my gas on line. Ferrell gas charged me $.70 a gallon more than the price they offered me. After calling and emailing Ferrell gas they reduced my bill by $.70 a gallon. But from now on I will check several companies before I buy. I think delivering without a customer's order is not right. I hope Ferrell gas enjoys using my $411.00 dollars all summer. I hope I don't need it. I went from a happy customer to one who doesn't trust them.”
