“I was surprised at how organized the genre of vinyl records were.. The workers were very helpful.. The freestyle & dance section were pretty full and their rock section very organized.. I only wish the HipHop section was a little bigger but I found some great 90s HipHop singles in NM condition.. “I cannot recommend Sapphire Pear and Sean/Kaitlyn high enough!! I worked with Sean and Kaitlyn to set up an apartment I needed for work in the Cleveland area, where I'm staying part time. They were very attentive to the concept I was hoping to achieve and very efficient in selecting pieces to review along with providing the overall vision and aesthetic I was going for while also staying budget conscious. When it came time to deliver and set everything up, we got hit by the worst winter storm in a very long time.
A week before everything was supposed to be delivered and set up, a pipe broke in the apartment flooding the master bedroom, bathroom and part of the dining/living room and I was unable to get there to see how bad it was or to begin to clean things up. Sean and Kaitlyn immediately went over to the unit, moved the things that were in harms way, and took pictures to help me document the damage. Later that week, they went back to the apartment to ensure the clean up had taken place and to check my electronics (not what they ordered) to ensure everything was working properly. The following week, on move in day, another pipe burst at 4am flooding generally the same area but with even more water. They went over, worked with the maintenance crew to get the clean up started, and then worked around them all day to get the furniture moved in and get the apartment ready for me to begin living in it.
Sapphire Pear (and specifically Sean and Kaitlyn) went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome and fix the issues that had come up through no fault of their own. I think anyone would be hard pressed to find a team that is so committed to ensuring their clients satisfaction that they're willing to fight through a flood and maintenance crews traipsing through the place while trying to move everything in and put everything away. Oh, and their communication was fantastic throughout the entire process!! They've earned my business (and appreciation) on anything else I need design/decorator services on, and I'm positive whoever uses them will receive the same level of care and professionalism.”

“We were looking for a new mattress with base. There are so many out there now it is overwhelming. After going to several other places that sold mattresses we went to Levin. Linda took such good care of us. She asked us questions that helped her understand what type of mattress she thought would fit us best. She then took the time to answer all of our questions while we tried out mattresses.
The delivery and set up went very smoothly.
We are very happy with our new bed and thankful for Linda's help in choosing it.”

A lot of it was stuff that could be used for upholstery/ home decor, but I have no doubt that you could make some killer fits with them
Also it was bigger than I originally thought because there was an upstairs with even more inventory
