“Best pet food company! After significant trial runs with big companies and not working for our dogs, we found Lake Erie Pet Foods. We have been on this food for over a year and all the tummy problems have disappeared. We no longer need to stock up on pumpkin puree for the dogs and they can enjoy their kibble as it's meant to be. My fiancé and I drove here to pick up the dog food I ordered online as our 3 labs are out. Of course between work and the 8 inches of snow that came down, we came as soon as we could. We arrived at 8:55pm and upon pulling up it was clear the store was already closed, despite their hours being until 9pm and no note on the door to notify customers of the early closing. My fiancé got out of the car to go up to the door and the two employees in the store proceeded to ignore him. So I called the store to say we were here for a pick up and I watched the female employee laugh as she and her male coworker ignored the phone as well. I even flashed my brights to get their attention and my fiancé went to the door again and knocked. They both proceeded to hide from view and behind shelves to avoid us. I'm extremely upset with this store. We were here before close and literally just needed to be handed our dog food, but we were ignored, laughed at and even mocked. So now we have to go home after wasting time and gas and make our dogs some dinner because two employees couldn't be bothered to stay open until their posted time and decided it was better to pretend like we didn't exist. I will contemplate spending my money on dog food elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Pet Supplies Plus.”

During a past visit an associate helped me find the perfect puzzle feeder for a cat that needs to slow down sometimes which is fabulous and pictured in video below.
Great selection at the store… and I appreciate the rewards program though it’s a little not so user friendly to me.

“I have been coming to this location for so long now and they’ve always been so happy and helpful, I witnessed a rude customer cursing because someone was asking about product and he couldn’t check out as fast as he’d have wanted to, but if someone is unsure about a product the employees are more than happy to help and people should be more patient because there doesn’t appear to be too many people all at once and there’s a lot to do! “Stopped by Friday to see if they had any propane fire pits. Ben greeted me when I entered the store. I explained what was going on with my existing fire pit and Ben showed me a replacement part option that might solve the issue with my existing fire pit and save me the cost of having to buy a new fire pit. I wasn’t real comfortable with replacing the part myself and Ben suggested I could bring my fire pit in and they would replace the part for me. I came back the next morning with the fire pit. I got a call a couple hours later saying everything was all set. The fire pit is working again. Very pleased with the work they did and the money saved. The entire staff was very friendly and responsive. Job well done!”

Had a Carhartt item exclusive to Tractor Supply become defective and unravel. I left a review on here and TSC Corporate got in touch with me. They agreed to return it and make things right. I was able to exchange and get the shirt I wanted. I appreciate the excellent customer service (Jessica @ corporate in Brentwood). This is how you keep customers and do right by your customers. “In today’s (scamming) society 5 stars is an understatement, there’s nothing bogus about this business … the breeders are awesome and conduct amazingly trustworthy business. Persian cats have always been a dream of mine and to think one would’ve been enough, who was I kidding.. when I first laid eyes on them, it was then I knew that I couldn’t get one without the other…. The process leading to bringing them home was very professional, I was able to go see them and at anytime, make payments (received receipts) until the time of pickup…. I received pictures and video footage of their growth and the breeder never once gave me any negative vides…. They welcomed me and my family during each visit and we always overstayed our stay admiring all the other Persians around the house… if your considering on getting a Persian kitten I highly recommend doing business with Dream Persian… your provided the paperwork, a gift bag with wonderful gifts and most importantly a beautiful healthy, stress relieving Persian kitten whom will grow to love everything about you… Thank you so much Dream Persian for definitely making my child/adult Dream come true… this has been a true Blessing and I’m enjoying every bit of being a Persian Cat Mom.. ????”

“I usually buy my turtle food, mini sticks, floating pellets, etc at Walmart. On July 1st, I made a conscious decision while driving down Bagely Road. I decided to pull into the pet supplies plus store on 449 West Bagely Rd in Berea, Ohio. This place was the ? bomb, hands down. They had my turtle food there and I couldn't believe it was cheaper than where I have been buying it. This is a very nice pet supplies store and it is extremely clean. One of their employees helped me get my very first rewards card. Over All, I enjoyed stopping here and I am almost positive, I will be returning here in the near future.....
