“I recently went to Hollywood Feed in Strongsville for grooming and hit a gold mine. Groomer, Kayte, was professional, knowledgeable and took excellent care of my older German Shepherd, Palmona. Kayte even gave me brushing and nail trim tips, as well as pointed out a potential health concern for Paloma. This level of service is much appreciated. Based on my first experience at Hollywood Feed, I highly recommend.
Other observations... I found the store to be very clean, and festive for the Thanksgiving/Christmas season. The front end staff were also attentive and friendly. Overall, a great impression.”
“Wow. I was looking for a specific floating plant for my aquarium. I purchased a batch of frogbit--super green, no snails. What impressed me more was that this is a traditional neighborhood pet store. I will always go here first, instead of a big box chain from now on. Wonderful vibe.”

“I love Lake Erie pet food probably more than my dog friend Bruce. When I say, “are you hungry for food?” He runs to his bowl ready to feast on his fresh local kibble made in Cleveland (I think that is the correct way to describe it). The main ingredients are chicken and rice.
I love it because it is delivered to my door on a monthly schedule. It is easy for me to adjust if I want it to arrive the next week or a week earlier.
Incase of an emergency I can always run down to Ohio city and pick up a bag which rarely happens (unless Bruce the dog is visiting my parents and they over feed him).
There is no cardboard to recycle due to the burlap bags the food is delivered in. It can then be given back to them or they will pick it up the next time they drop off food.
The Cleveland area is on a rotation to reduce carbon emissions from cars. How cool is that!
I used to run around to buy large bags of dog food. This is significantly easier.
Also, the dog friend needs less food due to the high quality :-)

“Unlike other pet supply stores in the area, it's easy to get help from an associate at this store. They will patiently allow you to make sure that you have the right size harness, collar, vest, etc. for your pet. That's why I go to their store instead of their competitors.”
“We’ve been so unhappy with the large vet in NR we’ve been going to for years. Very unfriendly staff, long wait times, and extremely expensive. My son referred me to Animal Health Center and I was absolutely impressed with my entire experience. Everyone is so welcoming! Dr. Baumann is such a warm, caring, and knowledgeable vet! My dog was thoroughly checked over and was not rushed out like our previous veterinary practice would have. All of our questions were answered and I left knowing my dog was going to be okay. I highly recommend this practice. I’m so happy we found it?”
“We feel so lucky to live so close to such a wonderful spot for our pups. They looove coming to daycare here, they get excited when they hear “Want to go to Pams!?” and unlike other boarding/daycare spots, they trot happily in with tails wagging. “Got the dog groomed yesterday here. While there were strands of hair leftover & couple uneven spots, overall it was great. It was the staff that went out of their way to make you feel important is what made the difference. So that experience made this location better.”

“This place has grooming for your pets. It also has washing stations for you to rent and shampoo your own pets. Looks like a great option. The fish tanks are well tended to and the fish seem healthy. They have live food available and also sell reptiles. They also sell birds, Guinea pigs, hamsters and tarantulas. Extensive amount of foods for all pets. Plenty of toys, bones and pet clothes too.”

“In today’s (scamming) society 5 stars is an understatement, there’s nothing bogus about this business … the breeders are awesome and conduct amazingly trustworthy business. Persian cats have always been a dream of mine and to think one would’ve been enough, who was I kidding.. when I first laid eyes on them, it was then I knew that I couldn’t get one without the other…. The process leading to bringing them home was very professional, I was able to go see them and at anytime, make payments (received receipts) until the time of pickup…. I received pictures and video footage of their growth and the breeder never once gave me any negative vides…. They welcomed me and my family during each visit and we always overstayed our stay admiring all the other Persians around the house… if your considering on getting a Persian kitten I highly recommend doing business with Dream Persian… your provided the paperwork, a gift bag with wonderful gifts and most importantly a beautiful healthy, stress relieving Persian kitten whom will grow to love everything about you… Thank you so much Dream Persian for definitely making my child/adult Dream come true… this has been a true Blessing and I’m enjoying every bit of being a Persian Cat Mom.. ????”

“Stopped by Friday to see if they had any propane fire pits. Ben greeted me when I entered the store. I explained what was going on with my existing fire pit and Ben showed me a replacement part option that might solve the issue with my existing fire pit and save me the cost of having to buy a new fire pit. I wasn’t real comfortable with replacing the part myself and Ben suggested I could bring my fire pit in and they would replace the part for me. I came back the next morning with the fire pit. I got a call a couple hours later saying everything was all set. The fire pit is working again. Very pleased with the work they did and the money saved. The entire staff was very friendly and responsive. Job well done!”

“I have been coming to this location for so long now and they’ve always been so happy and helpful, I witnessed a rude customer cursing because someone was asking about product and he couldn’t check out as fast as he’d have wanted to, but if someone is unsure about a product the employees are more than happy to help and people should be more patient because there doesn’t appear to be too many people all at once and there’s a lot to do!
