“I had called the store looking for ducks, Taylor answered my call. She was friendly and helpful from the get go! I left my name and number and she said she would let me know when the ducks were in. Taylor called me when she picked up the ducks, as well as when the ducks were ready to go at the store. She went above and beyond to help out me out. Thank you Taylor!”

Dr. Baumann and the entire staff at Animal Health Center are without doubt the most caring, most effective and most available Veterinary care teams that I have EVER dealt with.I am always able to speak with someone very quickly and any problems my pet may be experiencing are taken seriously.I will never, ever take my pet anywhere else”

“A well supplied farm and garden store with pleasant clerks and other help. They have almost everything farm or garden related and always very helpful. Their yard area is huge with every garden or agricultural item you might need. The even have a hardware section in the store.”
“I ordered for my daughter's quinceanera. She wanted a fairly simple heart shaped cake and I could not find ANYONE who could help me. I called 6 different places! I called Three Willows and she assured me she could get it done and she did! The cake was so pretty and I also ordered a sheet cake for 50 people. There was barely any leftover. Everyone raved about how delicious it was! I will definitely be using her for my future parties. Highly recommend!!”
“Love this store! They have everything from farm to backyard - gardening tools to patio plants, pet food to toys and leashes, plumbing equipment to landscaping supplies, fencing needs to doghouses. The prices are low to average. Staff is helpful and friendly. I hope this place thrives and never moves away!”
“I visited Grateful Dog Bakery today for a natural flee product for our dogs. They are the only store I gave been able to find this product, so I feel fortunate they are close to home. Grateful Dog Bakery is located in Mill Creek Plaza . The plaza has plenty of parking and is easily accessible. The bakery has a nice selection of fresh baked treats for your dog. The also have a full selection of dog food, cat food, leashes, toys, etc. Staff has always been helpful and is there to answer questions. It os fun to browse and bring dog a treat.”
“It is a great place. They carry top of the line food. Owner is very knowledgeable and can set you up with a food to suit your babies. He has probiotics that are made to canine DNA which has worked tremendously for my one year old that has allergies. My puppy is a rescue witch came with issues which now she is doing fantastic. Absolutely recommend this place for your fur babies nutrition”
“UPDATE: I received a call from Kevin regarding my review and the experience we had. He apologized and offered to compensate some of my order. Thankfully everything was taken care of and apologies expressed both ways. Thank you Kevin & Pet Supplies Plus. ORIGINAL: Currently sitting in front of the store. My fiancé and I drove here to pick up the dog food I ordered online as our 3 labs are out. Of course between work and the 8 inches of snow that came down, we came as soon as we could. We arrived at 8:55pm and upon pulling up it was clear the store was already closed, despite their hours being until 9pm and no note on the door to notify customers of the early closing. My fiancé got out of the car to go up to the door and the two employees in the store proceeded to ignore him. So I called the store to say we were here for a pick up and I watched the female employee laugh as she and her male coworker ignored the phone as well. I even flashed my brights to get their attention and my fiancé went to the door again and knocked. They both proceeded to hide from view and behind shelves to avoid us. I'm extremely upset with this store. We were here before close and literally just needed to be handed our dog food, but we were ignored, laughed at and even mocked. So now we have to go home after wasting time and gas and make our dogs some dinner because two employees couldn't be bothered to stay open until their posted time and decided it was better to pretend like we didn't exist. I will contemplate spending my money on dog food elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Pet Supplies Plus.”
“This store is great, the grooming salon is top notch. I had the best experience here after a horrible one in Middleburg heights. Emily was able to clip all the nails for my dog when he has trust issues after the Middleburg heights store did him in. I don't trust myself to clip nails so this is my go to, she has then since left the store to start her own salon but it seems like every groomer here is decent. There was a guy before that my dog loved and I wish he was still here. My dog was happy and energetic after each groom!”

“This review is long overdue...John the manager of the store is an absolute class act. I purchased flys (6-7 months ago) and discovered I was overcharged (3x) on them. I didn' t have the receipt but they found me in the system. Told me they would refund me or to come down and said they would take care of me. They certainly gave me a full customer service experience and made sure I was made whole and then some. No hassle. I like supporting this store because I see John at a lot of fundraising and awareness events. I'm still not a 100% Orvis gear guy (I'm too nerdy and picky with my fly equipment) but would consider switching simply because of the culture they and good-vibe environment they have at the shop. Kudos!!!”

“This Petco is large and has supplies for cats, dogs, ferrets, guinea pigs, birds and whatever else there is. Petco's prices are higher than they should be, but they have nearly everything.”

“I used the curbside pickup because the 33# bag of dog food was more than I can handle. The young clerk who brought the bag to my car was very nice and when I commented on the heavy bag, she just laughed and said it was her workout for the day! She was such a pleasure.”

“They were so accommodating and did an amazing cleaning and Deshedding for my sweet girl. She doesn’t do well with other dogs and barks at them nonstop, so they made sure to get me the first appointment of day. She did so well for her first ever grooming and didn’t even care that her mom was there to get her when I picked her up! ?”
“I used to take my dog to another location until one day my dog got prickly burrs all over him on a Sunday. This was the only location with availability for grooming, and I am so glad I did! You don't know that people tolerate your pet until you visit a location where all s the staff adore yours! My pup gets so much love and positive energy that I started taking him back. The drive there is not an inconvenience when I know he's getting quality care. Thank you!”

“Great place to buy kitty toys and cat nip for my Furbaby. Staff is super friendly and kind. Love looking at the ferrets and the little budgies. I wish I could get my furbabies prescription diet food here to make my trip easier but they have everything else I need. ♡”

So to Gabrielle, I sent you a reply that the mail server should of sent you a tracking no, and then asked you to let me know they did so I could then get it for you. You ordered lids that did not fit your containers and never even asked me to resend, you just wanted me to know which lids you wanted and I ask you how was I to know the ones you ordered were not the ones you wanted. You are being very unfair to write a review like this without even giving me the credit for sending you what your ordered. I would of offered to send you the size you want, but you did not even bother to email me a problem. I cannot read you mind and sent what you ordered. I am sorry I replied and you thought I was rude for just asking you to confirm you got the tracking no. I did not do anything wrong, but you blame me for what You ordered.
