“Aurora resident. We live on five acres with our Great Pyrenees, we chose Hickory Ridge and had a terrific experience. Our dog was notorious for roaming the neighborhood and Hickory Ridge fenced in approx 3 acres and spent valuable time in training our Bella. I would highly recommend Hickory Ridge.”

“The Grateful Dog Bakery is truly the best…such a gem! I went to the internet to hopefully find a local doggie bakery to order a birthday cake for our Welsh Terrier, Prim, and am so glad I came across The Grateful Dog in North Ridgeville! They offered very quick turnaround on our cake (I could’ve ordered as soon as next-day!), and the online portal offered all kinds of sizes, flavors, and customizations. We went with a peanut butter cake and honey-vanilla frosting. Prim loved it! Fred reached out to me via email the same day I ordered to confirm everything, and was even able to bump up my pickup date at my request. In a world full of chain stores…find yourself a local shop to support! Beyond the birthday cakes, The Grateful Dog also offers a wide variety of homemade, fresh-baked cookies and treats for our furry friends. Very fairly priced, too, I might add. Fred was so very friendly and welcoming when I stopped in to pick up the order. A wonderful experience all around—we will certainly be back! Support local, friends!”

“Kayte has been grooming our girls for the 8 years! Tessa & Tiki get super excited when they hear me say Kayte’s Name!! I cannot tell the girls that they are going until the moment we’re ready to leave because of the excitement and yowling, which continues in the car until we arrive!! She cares for them as if they were her own, and we would never trust them with anyone else! Them loving to go, speaks volumes on how they are cared for when they go to see her and they feel amazing when they’re done and they love to show it off!!!”

“Always a great experience! The prices always beat competitors and team members are reliably helpful and kind. This location has great inventory without being overwhelming and had what I needed for my dog, cat, and chinchilla. I haven't used the pet washing station but it seems like it would make bath time a less tedious experience than doing at home. And they partner with a local shelter so you can help out and pay (donate) for some food/supplies for the shelter animal of your choice! Such a great store. Thank you for all you do for pets and pet parents!”

“So impressed with the job that Absolute Pawfection did with our boy! Our pup's hair grows like a weed and he was in desperate need of a hair cut (and a bath). We normally take him to Pet Supplies Plus, but they didn't have any availability any time soon, so we looked into Absolute Pawfection and noticed all the great reviews -- I'm so glad we took a chance with them! Our guy looks fantastic! He just got over an ear infection so we asked them not to clean his ears. He even came home in a cute lil bandana! Wish I could add photos!”

“We’ve been bringing both of our dogs, Gus and Ramon, to Awesome Paws, and every visit has been such a great experience from the moment we walk through the door. We’re always greeted with a warm welcome, and the whole experience feels friendly and personal from beginning to end. Tallia has been wonderful with both of our boys. Gus was nervous about baths at first, and she was incredibly patient with him, taking her time and making sure he felt comfortable. She has also been amazing with Ramon, and we always feel confident leaving both of them in her care. It’s hard to find people you truly trust with your dogs, and we’re so grateful we found Awesome Paws and Tallia. They take such good care of our boys, and that means a lot to us. ❤”

“I visited Pet Supplies Plus to adopt a curly hair tarantula, and I’m giving five stars because of the outstanding service I received from Ashley. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, made me feel completely comfortable, and shared a wealth of knowledge and advice about tarantula care. Ashley even took the extra step to help me carry items to my car. Words can’t express how grateful I am for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Thank you, Ashley!”

“I love Petco and I shop there often as I do cat and kitten rescue plus have other pets and fish. Never have a problem, except for one night I came in 45 minutes before closing. I had picked out 3 fish that I wanted to buy. All were in the same tank. When I asked an associate for help(he was stacking bags of dog food right next to the fish area) he said he could not sell me the fish because they were busy and he was told not to do any more fish or pet sales for the night. So he did not get the fish for me. Sadly,I went home without them.”
