“Charles is a fantastic person to work with !! He sold me a sprinter van for my business at a really decent price , cheaper than what he could have sold it for considering it was in great condition , he even put all new tires on and a brand new battery in for me before picking up the van.
Berea is a haul from where I am , but the drive is worth it. You will receive service from an awesome sales man who is also honest and upfront with everything. Much better than other dealerships. I plan on using this dealership again in the near future.”

“Matt and the staff here are all fantastic. Went in with a budget, was shown a vast variety of several different vehicles. We test drove them all, found one we liked and was able to take it to our mechanic to get it inspected before purchase. Identified it needs new pads and rotors and ask Matt about it and he replaced them with brand new ones! The windshield had a small crack and he replaced that as well.
Both of which, was not added to the cost of the vehicle. They even delivered the car. 10 out of 10. Got a really great warranty as well.

“I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and when we took it for a test drive there seemed to be nothing wrong with it. However, on the long drive home, the brakes had a problem and felt like going over rumble strips. I called Omar (manager) and even though they couldn't have known there was a problem since nothing showed on the test drive, he said they would fix it at no charge. When another staff member said we may have to split the cost, Omar stated that he gave me his word and they would fix it at no charge. They changed the front brakes but it didn't fix the problem. So they changed the back brakes and it was fixed. I had to pay nothing and got new front and back brakes! Omar was GREAT! He was a man of his word! I greatly appreciate that there are people that still have integrity! Also, they worked with me on the payment, which was also appreciated.”

Just their lack of communication put us at multiple road blocks and had it take two weeks to actually be back to come get the van. Could be better at communicating and being thorough. “I waited a while to write this review. I bought a 21' Ridgeline BE from Melnik's over 1.5 years ago. With a rebuilt salvaged title, I felt I'd better wait to see if any phantom issues rear their ugly head. Instead, the truck has been great. I've put on 20K miles since purchase. The quality of repairs is good. If you look closely, you may find missing or mismatched trim bits here and there, but mechanically, it has been sound.
The car buying experience is absolutely 5 stars. Shawn has excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to ensure you get the answers you're looking for. He is transparent and zero pressure. He called George a couple of times to get info about questions I was asking about repairs. I could overhear George on the line...it's easy to conclude that Shawn brings a lot to the table on the customer front.
If I was to buy another rebuilt title vehicle I would look here again, even with it being a 13 hour round trip drive.”
