“I call Consign Home Couture "My Happy Place". Over the years we have found so many beautiful quality pieces to furnish our home...from a dining room table to an English drinks cabinet. Many of their well curated accessories have found their way into our home as well and it's my "go to" store for special gifts for friends and family.”

“Lovely ecclectic store. Local artisans rent space so all the items have a very different unique feel. Hidden gem. Was looking for a 36in hutch for months, found a beautiful one for $100. Great prices, great products, great friendly helpful staff.”

“Kathleen has created such a special place in Rose Parlor. She is a true artist who brings her mastery and easygoing nature to each visit. I always leave feeling amazing (and usually with a few "new" vintage items from the gorgeously curated shop in front.)”

“What a wonderful maze! It was well curated and clean and just an interesting place to get a bit lost in. We came directly here after Sweet Lorain and yowza what a difference. Honestly I was having a bit of a claustrophobic reaction to the last place (allergies more like it) and Flower Child calmed me down.”

“Was an awesome experience looking through the store. Was able to find some unique, reasonably priced vintage finds. The staff were unbelievably friendly and I love how much effort they put into their work. They let me do my own shopping but were there for questions when I had them. Best vintage store I’ve been to in the midwest.”

“Popped in on a whim and found so much great stuff. Prices are great. Lots of interesting Pyrex patterns, Toby mugs, teapots, dishwear, doorknobs, and the building’s history is interesting as well. Will definitely be back. Friendly staff!”

“I randomly found this gem of a store and have been ecstatic at my finds. The employees are sooo nice and welcoming, the prices are very reasonable and the clothing is very good quality. Top notch thrift store.”

“I love selling my items here. The owner is very prompt and make a very reasonable offer each time. I appreciate her honesty. She would tell me upfront what she would take and not having me wait around for her to go through a tote full of bags. I'm not in a good place to buy anything at this time, but while I was in the store, I browsed around. They have a wide collection of all designer brands. I'd definitely come back to shop here to support the owner. I think the reselling prices are reasonable compared to other secondhand resellers out there.”

“Can’t say enough about Ben (the owner) and the staff at Highland Throwbacks. Always a good experience and have the best selection of vintage clothing and accessories in the Cleveland area!”

“This place is amazing! The clothes are high end, in fashion and reasonably priced. I think at least 1/4 of my wardrobe comes from this store! The folks who work there are helpful and friendly, and I often ask for their opinion when trying on clothes. I’ve also purchased many kitchen items. You need to stop in often, as they’re always updating the items!”

“First off mad love and respect for MO. Whenever I shop or give him a call he has never let me down. Chilly Kicks is definitely a top class establishment for sneakers. Been purchasing kicks since the door opened. Thanks again for the Jordan 11 Defining Moment Gratitude”

“I just recently went here and I really like the large selection of clothes. The clothes are not sorted by size but by color, which I like because I usually only wear certain colors. Also, I have found some designer items here that I usually don't run into at the other thrift stores.”

“Connie's Classics reminded me of my Grandma Marian's house (RIP). There is a lot of stuff in there with little organization, rhyme or reason. Very similar to everything that exists. Connie's Classics runs parallel to the universe. They have a lot of great antiques. Next time you are looking for old school stuff, skip Flower Child and hang out in Connie's Classics. Birdtown is back!”

“I actually Really enjoyed A Avalon's Exchange. They purchase and sell clothes, shoes, handbags, tennis shoes, accessories, etc.... The people who work their are very friendly and helpful. I recommend shopping here to get more bang for your buck. Name Brand Men's and Women's Clothing at a fraction of the retail price. I have always left Avalon's Exchange with a smile on my face and I look forward to the next time I decide to go see what's new and exciting @ Avalon's Exchange...”

“This is the first time I have ever been here and I just came to learn it is an all women's store. I was a little embarrassed at first being a man however, It all worked out pretty good to say the least. Half of my belongings I brought in to sell where actually women's so that was a good thing, lol..... Last but not least, there customer service is "Superb". (5) stars and some and on that note, I THANK ALL OF YOU AT CLOTHES MENTOR!”

“The clothes are a bit on the elderly side. The store is clean and well cared for but the ladies at the desk always seem to be short and have attitudes. Even when I was checking out I felt like I was a bother huffing her breath every few seconds. I would love to see more clothing for the 25-50 range, less jewelry and more in clothing options.”

“Plato's closet in North Olmsted is top of the line. You get more bang for your buck and the staff here is amazing. They are all so friendly and helpful and I give this place "5" out of "5" stars. I look forward to going back here again hopefully sooner rather than later....... Keep up the Great Work my Friends....., Update- (9-15-23)- Love the atmosphere but more importantly, Those workers there are some of the friendliest people I have met in my life. Point, Blank Period my friends,.. Five Stars and then some anyway I choose to look at this from The great deals to the fair and honest prices and Right smack Back to the Awsome Customer Service! If by chance, the actual owner reads this, I WOULD LIKE TO ADD, THAT THERE WAS A COUPLE OF WONDERFUL YOUNG LADIES WORKING IN THERE THE OTHER DAY AND THOSE YOUNG LADIES HAD GREAT WORK ETHIC AND EMPATHY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. EMPATHY CAN'T BE TAUGHT YET THEY BOTH ACQUIRED THIS. I KNOW BECAUSE I FELT IT, ?... SO, HOW ABOUT BUYING THEM A LITTLE LUNCH OR TREATING THEM TO A FREAKING HAPPY MEAL,.... LOL, SUPER SIZE IT! LAST BUT NOT LEAST, ALLOW ME TO RECOMMEND A RAISE FOR ALL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WHETHER THEY WORK FOR YOU FULL OR PART TIME IS SIMPLY IRRELEVANT. GOOD HONEST WORK IS VERY HARD TO COME BY, HINT, HINT.......”

“I’ve never had anything but excellent service and the upmost helpfulness from the staff and have been going here for 4 years. Anytime they don’t accept clothes it’s because they are too old or worn out or not in the style of the store. Ignore the other reviews. 10/10 place.”
