“Came here on Black Friday and found a beautiful ring, but needed it sized. Unfortunately, I was leaving the city the next day. It so happened that their jewel smith happened to come by the store and Abbie (sp?) who was helping us, talked to him and he agreed to size the ring first thing next morning so that I could have it before I left town. Abbie was a delight to work with (as was Antonio who patiently rang up the bills). The whole team went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. Amazing experience!”

“After taking my watch to a jeweler to get the battery replaced and being completely ignored because I obviously had no interest in buying a $1,000 watch, I took my Fossil to Dakota where I should have taken it in the first place.It's kind of a long drive but getting a two-year warranty and the battery replaced on my watch for under $30 makes it worth it. I left the watch with Dakota and went shopping for a few hours, then picked it up when I was done. It usually takes about a half hour to 45 minutes if they don't have another customer or two in front of you.They're worth the wait. They do a good job and I get my shopping done while they're fixing my watch.”
