Walked up to kiosk and greeted immediately. Very personable. Was told it would take about 20 minutes. Gave me time to go to Home Depot. When I came back it was all done. Easy. Will definitely be back. She was also very busy with a delivery and had that all put away.

I had a great experience with Tiana/Crimson. I have a watch that needed a new battery, and I couldn’t figure out how to get the back off. She was very competent and gracious in helping me. I will happily refer my friends/family to her for assistance with their watches. She’s a true treasure
