“The house I bought was all electric. I had a new furnace installed with propane heat as the backup. I spoke with several propane suppliers and decided on Salem Propane. I cant saw enough good things about the service, install, pricing, and every employee I had contact with was a positive experience. ***** the owner was fantastic. Very informative and helpful. ****** at the front desk always polite and professional and ***** who set the tank, trenched and installed the the gas line. Very knowledgeable, explained everything, and very conscientious about the lawn and clean up. They showed up when they said they would. Follow *** from ***** to make sure everything was right. The pricing was low the customer service was high! I highly recommend. Salem Propane has a customer for life! Id rate them 10 stars.”
“They have great hours and a good selection. Customer service is poor. You ask a question and the guy just looks at you. You say hello and he just looks at you, a bit weird but I do like the store itself. In this area it's one of the only snack places open this late!”

“Great little convenience store/gas station with friendly customer service. Not only do they have old school candies like Now & Laters, Lemonheads, and Big Chew gum!! they also have a great little spot on the store to get great tasting already made pizza. You can get subs and sandwiches made fresh the way you want and like, salads and side items to eat on the go or for a picnic. They have a wide selection of soda, alcoholic beverages, etc. They sell a variety of other items. They have a fill your own container water machine outside and sell propane tanks for grilling at home or maybe even the local West Branch State Park nearby Lake Milton Park and Marina”

“The owner is a fantastic human who always helps the community and believes in hiring locals. They have a fantastic beverage selection and a very decent snack selection for the space inside. Always super friendly staff and the owner is almost always on duty. Although locked, the restrooms can get the key inside are kept near spotless. Gas is always at competitive prices, and it is an accessible gas station to get in and out of as well. Highly recommend stopping by here as every time you support him, you keep the Lordstown community.”
“Boy Howdy! Clean, organized, well cared for: this place was GORGEOUS. It has everything a trucker could need- laundry facilities, showers, log books and office supplies, snacks, drinks, everything!The ladies' room was pristine, advertisements were in hung acrylic frames (instead of taped to the walls like most places), soap had a light cranberry scent, the tile floors and walls were gleaming. I was SO impressed with this truckstop.”

“I usually hit this spot for somethin to eat in the night time after a long day............i have to say ,'satisfaction is guranteed and food n bread is fresh great, ................down to earth staff. Usually some smiles , you normally don't see.....i was in customer service , over 25 years..............gotta say................feel welcome, smiles..........imperative!”
“I don't get out here very often but my son lives in the lions and we ended app stopping there for drinks and it kind of looks like a run down gas station but it's alright the prices are good and they're very friendly there”

“I had a flat tire I could not fix on the side of the road and limped the car into the travel station to get away from the traffic. Luckily for me the manager there Neil was walking in to start his shift and he offered to help. After I tried to fix it myself for a couple more hours . I went in and he was still there. He sent a roadsid technician with a service truck out to help us. After a while he came out to check on us, we were still having no luck. He actually jumped right in there and got his hands dirty too. He ended up calling a mechanic who had already worked his shift to come help us. I couldn't believe how fast he showed up. And how dedicated he was and determined to help me and my wife back on the road. We had tried everything. Impact guns breaker bars different striped lug nut removers still with no luck. Our only option left was to melt out the lug nut. I was a little worried but I trusted them and they were able to burn this nut off with no damage to my wheel, but they didn't stop there. They didn't want to send me out on a spare tire with four lug nuts . They ended up burning the stud all the way through the rotor and replacing the stud for me.

“I use this store on a daily pretty much. The rewards are amazing. The staff and help is definitely helpful. Never had any issues with the pumps or any card transactions. Every store had its complications I don't have one. ”
“I’m glad that this is my neighborhood gas stations. They have a deli, beer cave, and other than a few; have pretty cool employees w good attitudes. All you that posted bad reviews are crazy. I go here all the time. Who cares if prices are posted inside. It’s a gas station not the Hilton.”

“This place has turned around since the bad prior reviews on here. They installed new in-ground tanks and asphalt in 2020 which is when I started visiting (I don't trust old tanks for fear of contamination). Just this year they also installed a new awning and lights and made other changes. I'll continue to shop and get fuel here!”

“The Circle K on the “other side” lol not a bad gas station but tends to give a more sketchy vibe compared to the other Circle K in Salem. I’ve definitely had to stop walking so i didn’t get smacked by the dudes who soar into the parking spots with their durangos and civics looking for a quick beer fix lmao. This gas station is definitely wild. I do feel safer here more than the speedway down the road though tbh.”
