They helped us coordinate the sites to start up under an extremely tight deadline which required flawless planning to move from site to site in a short amount of time. Everything went off better than expected and we finished ahead of schedule. The planning beforehand with their sales and technical team exceeds any other vendor that we have used in the past for start ups. That was really the key to the success in the field. “Village Hardware in Bethel, OH is a true asset to the southern Clermont County area! They have knowledgeable staff who are extremely helpful. Every time I walk in the door someone asks, “What can I help you find?” This is especially helpful in situations like today when I was looking for repair/replacement parts for the plumbing under my kitchen sink, and even when I was wrong about what I needed I went back with parts I took off and they were able to help with a refund and exchange for the right parts. I'm not a professional plumber, but I can do repairs with the support Village Hardware employees give in finding the right parts. Thanks to their help, we have our water turned back on and no leaks. I can't wait to come back for garden supplies, or anything less stressful than plumbing!”
