“Your service and helpfulness were great; however, I am greatly dissapointed in the digital lodging book. I found that on my device the page I wanted to look at would not operate the way I thought it should. For example one entry was for a small hotel for which I was never able to find rates or a way to book it, if I had wanted to at that moment. All in all it was not as easy to use as the old paper books were.”
