“My family and I have had two times that we were out of town and had car problems. Both times we were able to count on AAA for a tow and to find a AAA Car Care Center. Both experiences were made easier by supportive employees of both the Polaris AAA and the Gahanna AAA.We were towed as part of our AAA membership for free to the Gahanna, Ohio location. Unfortunately it was two days before Christmas, so we had to wait until December 26th to talk to someone from the location, but it was ready to be picked up later that day. We had a coolant leak that was due to a loose fitting. The cost was very reasonable and we were treated quite well. If you are ever out of town with car problems, check out the local AAA Car Care Center. It is a great opportunity to make a quick decision on where to take your car, rather than guessing where to go.”

“Very professional agency with a friendly staff. They treat you like you are a good friend. They have a couple companies that they work with, so you can get a good rate and you can choose a lot of coverage options. My home policy had a 2% wind deductible and they gave me a quote from Erie with the same deductible as the other coverages. That 2% would be over $5000 and my normal deductible is $1000. Also they had a better car replacement coverage on my car. If my car gets totalled, I get a car 2 years newer. They explained a lot of coverage that noone ever took the time to explain.”
“First if all I am posting an update of a poor review I left last week. Today I met with Cheree the manager in the New Albany office after she contacted me regarding my last experience in that office. I am not completely satisfied and an new AAA member thanks to Cheree making every effort to make things right. I am the guy that will send a meal back to the kitchen if it is not right but never blame the wait staff and will tip well in that scenario. I was never mean spirited and that pay off whenever someone takes note and provides excellent customer service. To all the staff at the New Albany AAA great job despite some minor computer issues.”
