She loves me by name and if she’s free, she helps me if not she tells me when she’ll be free and I can come back or I can see somebody else she is very nice and she’s the only one I ever seen anybody can solve a problem right there in while you’re sitting there with her. she is the best I’ve ever seen. In fact everybody that works in that bank goes to her for advice and how to solve problems. She should be the manager, cause she works hard.”

“Had a great experience today as my fiancée & I have been shopping around for a joint checking account, and came in with an appointment. Michele was great, got our account opened quickly, and offered some great financial planning tips we plan to implement moving forward.
We also had great service from the Tellers who assisted us in depositing the first check into the account. The lobby was very quiet in comparison to what some of the other reviews indicate.
If you’re looking for a credit union in the area definitely consider them!”

I've had a couple of issues over the years but they have always fixed them and they are easy to work with in my experience.The mobile app needs refinement.Overall are they perfect? no, but what business is? And for the rates they are offering, and the service I've received, I wouldn't bank with anyone else.I also appreciate the call back feature when calling, super convenient and saves me a lot of time.”

My FAIRWINDS told me where to go and seek assistance. Trenda and Mario Martelino did not give up until I walked out of the bank with the funds I requested to be able to return home.
