We opened a CD and checking account there for my teenage son to learn early financial literacy skills, and Don's approach is very inclusive and informative. He doesn't talk down to my son like many places tend to do to younger patrons. It's always an enjoyable, friendly experience. Communication is always prompt and thorough, too. Highly recommend.”

“I have always enjoyed using Kemba’s convenient and friendly services. Of the five large banks I’ve had accounts with in the past 40 years, kemba holds the number one spot for referral to anyone seeking a new bank or loan. Now, for the missing star: at the Reynoldsburg bank closest to my home, none of the ATM machines will give me my choice of bills. I always enter the exact bills I need my $240 withdraw and always receive the same 2-100 and 2-20’s. I have brought this issue up with the staff and after several months, it is still just a frustrating disappointment. The only way to get the bills I need, is to go into the teller.
