Today I met with Cheree the manager in the New Albany office after she contacted me regarding my last experience in that office. I am not completely satisfied and an new AAA member thanks to Cheree making every effort to make things right. I am the guy that will send a meal back to the kitchen if it is not right but never blame the wait staff and will tip well in that scenario. I was never mean spirited and that pay off whenever someone takes note and provides excellent customer service. To all the staff at the New Albany AAA great job despite some minor computer issues.”

“Saw a promotion on the AAA Facebook page offering a Free Synthetic Oil Change and thought it was too good to be true. It is for real and all I had to pay for the extra oil needed over the 5 quarts included and the taxes and fees. They also did a full inspection and found that my battery was getting low and was still under warranty and they replaced that at no charge. They also pointed out a few other issues that needed attention soon. I recommend this location highly. Great customer service. Very friendly and attentive.”
