“Requesting work on your car is never easy, but James made the experience better. He was knowledgeable, answered my questions with a smile, and had no complaints while I was there. I need my tire plugged, and James explained that they do a patch-plug service that helps the tire last longer. I didn't get a call back when my vehicle was finished, but it was the day before a holiday, and their phones were ringing non-stop: I recommend calling in to ask for a status on busier days. AAA sends an email and a text to give you a report on your car's maintenance, and I thought that was a nice feature. The report is pretty easy to understand and it is really organized.”

Today I met with Cheree the manager in the New Albany office after she contacted me regarding my last experience in that office. I am not completely satisfied and an new AAA member thanks to Cheree making every effort to make things right. I am the guy that will send a meal back to the kitchen if it is not right but never blame the wait staff and will tip well in that scenario. I was never mean spirited and that pay off whenever someone takes note and provides excellent customer service. To all the staff at the New Albany AAA great job despite some minor computer issues.”

It is for real and all I had to pay for the extra oil needed over the 5 quarts included and the taxes and fees. They also did a full inspection and found that my battery was getting low and was still under warranty and they replaced that at no charge. They also pointed out a few other issues that needed attention soon. I recommend this location highly. Great customer service. Very friendly and attentive.”
