Today I met with Cheree the manager in the New Albany office after she contacted me regarding my last experience in that office. I am not completely satisfied and an new AAA member thanks to Cheree making every effort to make things right. I am the guy that will send a meal back to the kitchen if it is not right but never blame the wait staff and will tip well in that scenario. “Saw a promotion on the AAA Facebook page offering a Free Synthetic Oil Change and thought it was too good to be true. It is for real and all I had to pay for the extra oil needed over the 5 quarts included and the taxes and fees. They also did a full inspection and found that my battery was getting low and was still under warranty and they replaced that at no charge. They also pointed out a few other issues that needed attention soon. I recommend this location highly. Great customer service. Very friendly and attentive.”
